We had to drive an hour and a half to pick up a new gateway home internet, because ours just stopped working. Associates were very friendly and informative.

Avoid this place if you need service. They are decent at service but completely uninterested in solving problems for existing customers. I spoke with Angel today and you would think I was interrupting his day.
