Last week, I joined VASA. I initially set up a Studio account with my tax exemption. Two days later, I added an additional person to my account. I provided my tax exempt card and was advised that it was taken care of. The next day, I received an ACH draft for the additional person fee that included taxes. No one at the local gym couldn't assist me. I emailed back and forth with customer service for days; which was useless. She kept asking me to submit my tax exemption, again. If the regular membership is non-taxed; why wouldn't the additional person fee be tax exempt? I've reached out to the customer service phone number several times. The first two calls; the phone automatically hung up on me; while I was on hold. The third time. I had an option for a call back. It's now been seven hours. No one has called me. The fourth time that I called, I was on hold for over fourty minutes. I finally decided to opt to text their customer service. When I selected the option to text. The phone hung up on me. I've now allocated over 2 hours. And, still havent been assisted. This has been he!!. Overseas customer service is better than this. Both of the gym and amenities are nice. However, the Hot tub on the North side always has gross hairs, something resembling skin, etc. Floating around. It's sickening. They need to clean that more often. That can't be sanitary.

We like VASA. There are a lot of options for our workouts. We love Jessica who is the coach for the aqua aerobics classes as well as "Red Zone" and other areas.

Going on 3 years at the Vasa of pen. Best experience I could ask for it’s a great facility amazing people and great staff.

I try to sign up, it only advertises the 27$/month price(the medium plan) but suddenly has a extra 50$/2 months price added right at the end. No. Unacceptable. I've seen so many reviews for this gym saying it was crowded and so I figured there was just a lot of people taking the good deal. All the replies to negative reviews just have "contact us at (email)" instead of discussing/resolving the issues.

I do think this place is awesome. I've been going the 1 or 2 months and they have everything. Pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, red light therapy, taning room, massage beds and theater. The only does falls the red light therapy is down....So many exercises equipment. Staff are very helpful. Will recommend.......
