I do not recommend this place at all they have horrible communication skills they are very disrespectful to their patients they do not have good staff noone is on the same page. my mom was talked down to here which is neglectful and I would not advise anyone to have service here. All over a cup of ice. I think getting the ice would be easier then being disrespectful. you signed up for that job when u applied there!!!!

I have been following the care and treatments for my brother-in-law for the last month. It seems only concern is their medical expenses put out on patients and not the patient wishes.

SCAMERS!!!!! PACE calls me continously to the point of harrassment. I have had conversations with different staff and the manager to get my phone number off their lists. Once PACE wrongly gets their tentacles on your phone number they knowing, keep stalking you. I am not on welfare, do not need to keep them employed, do not live in OK.

I have had nothing but issues with my dad's care since he has been on Pace. I have had to "fight" for everything he is supposed to get and most of the time they deny the request. I have worked there also and seen this firsthand for other participants. It is sad that the elderly that have no one definitely do not get the care they need. I have requested dentures and was told he does not need them, he is losing weight because he cannot chew his food. I have requested someone to sit with him at doctor's visits and was told that is not a service that they provide. My dad has dementia and has tried to leave appointments before. They have forgotten to transport him to appointments and one time they lost him because they did not pick him up from an appointment till after the office closed.

Response started out well to my health issues...but lately it has slowed down..l am waiting to hear that l have appointments made with specialists for my serious health issues..

As a home health nurse from a small home health company, I was really taken back when I was with one of my patients from a low income facility, when a Valir Pace intake nurse came in to steal one of my patients. I have had this patient for years and work overtime helping this patient. The patient had no idea that he would lose me, his licensed therapist, and visiting doctor. I have been a home heath nurse for a long time and before you start a patient on service you check to see if they are already on service with another company. Home health's in general have been taught to respect each other and never take another company patients. They also took several of the licensed therapist patients. Totally unethical.

Front desk Rhonda was extremely rude. Instead of answering my questions, proceeded to ask me questions and told me I should already know information. Put me on hold 3 times during the 5 minute call. Extremely poor service and I hope her customer service behavior is redirected. Also I'm calling as an insurance representative for a patient.

I have been waiting for new dentures for 6 months now and I'm still walking around with broken dentures. Today I called to check on the progress only to be told that the dentist cancelled his visit due to injury..im really tired of the excuses. As they say "we treat you like family, "I'm not sure if I want to be your family. This is ridicules.Well today's date is July 23rd I finally got my new dentures today. They don't fit right they flop around in my mouth. I have to close my teeth when talking. The technician agreed that they don't fit correctly. So this is what they told me. We will fix them but you are waiting for another 3 to 4 months or you can accept them.and move on. I've been waiting since dec of last year so they have already had me wanting for 9 months. Add another 4 months to that that's 1 YEAR. This is a service that you can get at most dentists the SAME day. I accepted the teeth. I guess I'll just have to live with it. Im VERRY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICES valir pace doesent care about you. They only care about their bottom line.

Just saw your clip on channel 9 today 8-19-20 about your company lol. Even tho I don't believe in wearing a mask that director should wear one while on air to promote a safe practice and my God if your employee that was interviewed please teach her how to wear one properly LMAO
