Ok to put gas when I go visit a friend who lives in the complex just across from this station. Prices, like usually at any Valero, are cheaper than other brands, but here I don't find the service to be very prompt when needed. I had a problem with my credit card and took a while for me to get help.

I work right across the street and needed a jump. I spoke to the manager and he refused to help me, he said I could call a tow truck. This was mind you the manager, an employee of his was willing to help out, but could not do it without his managers approval. Very poor customer care and very unfriendly

The least expensive of the gas options on this end of Palo Alto, but still pricey. Easy in and out compared to most stations. Not a terrible place.

Yeek: the closest gas station to me! The most crazy I never met one the phone! Yelling to me without even telling him nothing but "Hi" He lostvme and MY family is clients! There are more gas station s i our town! Hell you Mr. arrogant man!

"We dont take new clients. Take your car back to where you got it serviced last time" The auto body shop is rude and I'm not sure it's the type of spot you'll get help. I had my check engine light on and I was hoping the guy could plug in the machine to reset the light but was told to take my car back to where I got it last serviced and that they would not help me. I'm pretty sure in a game of business you're supposed to help potential customers and earn business but this person did not want too. Whoever the manager is needs to have a talk with his employees about respect or find new ones.

Great local service station/garage. Open early and closing late they got ya covered for whatever you might need. Gas prices are fair and air/water are free if your car needs em. I've used the service station for a tire patch only, so I'm not sure about that end of the operation. But it's family owned and that's cool! I go there weekly!
