I feel compelled to respond to the last review that was made by the last reviewer. The clerk at this post office had been recovering from a bad case of shingles. He had terrible head and ear pain and could barely speak because his throat was so swollen he couldn't eat solid food. His voice was very hoarse but he was toughing it out for the sake of his customers. So in his condition he might have sounded rude to the customer but the customer did not understand what the clerk was going through. Believe me, this clerk does his very best to serve his customers and is thankful for every one of them.

Convenient location. I thought the worker was rude the day that I visited. I was dropping off a package and he asked if I needed a receipt. I said I didn’t need one. Then he pointed at a small sign and said that’s why we have this here so you can drop off your package. The way he said it was rude and I’m not paying attention to a small sign you can barely read.

Ms. Vickie has to be the nicest and most professional USPS employee I’ve ever met. She helped me out a lot and provides exceptional customer service! She was also all by herself and kept her composure amongst an influx of customers. Great experience.

WOW what amazing service! Vickie is amazing, she is friendly, helpful, and quick when she needs to be! She has always had a smile when I have been in there and takes the time she needs to help you, but still manages to get through the line when it is long. I am not sure how she does it because you don't feel rushed when it is your turn up there. She makes sure that you feel valued and get what you need when you go in there. She is great at her job!I would also like to recognize the mail carrier for base. Bruce is just as amazing and goes above and beyond to give amazing service. I had a package that said it was delivered, but I had not received it. I met him at the mailbox and told him the issue, he took the tracking number and told me what he thought may have happened, he took my phone number and assured me that he would look into it and let me know. I figured it would be the next day, but to my delight, he was at my house that evening with the package! I can't say enough for him! He also delivered another package since then to my home. What amazing customer service on both Vickie and Bruce's part! If only more of the postal people could be like them!

Vickie provided the best customer service ive ever experienced with the Uniter States Postal Service. I would avoid using the mail box at the dorms and just get a p.o box here

This place needs to be removed or at least noted as Base Personnel Only. You can't get to this place without being a military member, dependent, retiree or an employee with base access. The general public cannot go here.

Vickie is a great person to deal with, very helpful! She is definitely a hard worker, and most of the time she is there by herself. (hence the shorter hours) I enjoy going to get my mail just to visit with her for a couple of minutes, very nice lady!

Vickie is a 1 woman army. Doing everything herself upfront. I don't even mind waiting seeing she is the only one that works there.
