Every time I come here to pick something up because there was a problem delivering it is such a hassle. The people here are not only rude but also slow and no matter what day you come they always seem to be having a terrible day lol. If you have a question, don’t. Because they will just be sarcastic until you answer your own question, which I personally think is just unprofessional.

I would leave the stars blank! Went to this location to have a bday card sent to Grand Prairie, Tx-moms bday (gifts inside). Went to Michael's post and he took care of making sure address and stamp coverage was correct. I paid him, and went about my day. 2 weeks pass and still no card??? Called today and all I received was 'im sorry...'. So I asked: Am I out of $$ and can't trust the post office to do their job-delivering the mail?? It's a waiting game, was the reply. May be stuck in the machine. Blah blah blah. So from July 24th inside the post office to ensure everything would get there B4 the 29th of July (her bday), we wait and more mail doesn't get delivered. Hmmm how do we solve this? Perhaps the post office should be only a SELF-SERVE , where you weigh your items pay postage and get a receipt for EVERYTHING!!! Wonder if they would consider that, bc there is no need for them to have jobs if they can't DO THEM!! Most companies would fire them. Ijs. I guess everything I send now will be $$ and done thru Money Gram, Walmart or Western Union..pitiful.

I am not sure about other post offices. But I have been picking up mail at the Britton rd location for 23 years for our company. It used to be a clean location and had good service. But over the last several years it has gone down hill. The cleanliness is bad. Usually trash on the floors, cans not emptied. But the service is awful. Jason is the only one there that cares about the customers. But they have him running his tail off in front and in the back. He is the glue that keeps the frade seams together there. And on Tuesdays is his day off, that place is crazy. There shouldn't be any reason that anywhere from 3 to 7 people should stand in line for 20 to 25 minutes to pick up their mail. And Miss Martha, Bless her heart I realize she doesn't want to quit working. But she is so slow, and doesn't start to work until 20 minutes after the place is open. Then has to take 10 minutes to explain how things work around there. I have seen 5 new mangers in the last year. Apparently something is broke.

This place is UNREAL?i went in to stop mail from 4/17/24 - 4/30/24 cause i went on a cruise from 4/19-4/26 the post office older lady gave me 20 min serman on how to fill it out. I respect my elders, so i listened??but da HOOD in me was like lady i aint got time for dis(tryin to get to work).so i KNOW it was filled out right she made sure. But after a week of being gone my freakin mail box STUFFED to the max with mail WTH? so i will be going in there on 28th cause i was pissed..Ima have to pray about it before i go tho ??men

Its sad when you have lived in the same area for years and want to move because of how bad your local USPS station is. I have had so many horrible issues with this place. The people leave sometimes an hour earlier than they are supposed to. They are very rude and constantly the mail. This station has been like this for years and is not changing. Its surprising that they are still in operation (only in these times). They really need to clean this station out and get new staff. I really would like to see this change and feel helpless since I rely on mail. USPS used to be the most reliable corporation but now its all going down hill fast. Oklahoma do something about this please.

My tracking number said package was delivered today. When I went to pick it up. No one knew anything. So I went down the hall to my P.O. Box. Opened the door to my P.O. Box. The package envelope was in my box but product was missing. This is a hood Post office with ghetto mentality workers. When my renewal is up; I am moving my P.O. Box to Edmond. A trustworthy office.

I'm only writing this in the hopes that they get me my package- I got a shipping email on 2-14-24 stating that what I ordered is at this facility and the estimated delivery date was 2-15-24. One week later I still don't have my package! The shipping email says my package is still atthis facility in transit! I can understand a delay of a few days but a week? I don't want anyone to get in trouble, I just want my package!!!

I lost two boxes in which in a VAT a phone and not even the insurance responded for the boxes that proved that it was their mistake I was never able to make a claim, they never answered the phone in consumer affair and in the mail they could not help me or make the claim thanks for I don't know why they pay for insurance that they don't pay.
