Arrived at 4:54 to drop off a package and they were closed. Why are my tax dollars funding this failure of an organization if it cant even stay open til 5pm? If it was 5:01 I wouldnt have left a 1 star, but this is absolutely pathetic. Shame on whoever runs this location

Do not go here! They really need to close it down or reopen with better management. They are rude and unprofessional. I don't know why they feel they can treat people just any way.

Came to get my passport. All attempts to ask questions or confusion were met with aggression. I'm not taking passive either. The lady with the short blond hair needs to be retrained on how to speak to customers. This isn't the first time I've had issues with her either. Came in a few months ago to do the same thing. She had an attitude about me asking questions to fill out my paperwork so I left. I hope this place gets new staff. The only person minding themselves is McFly.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been into their customer service is horrible. Their attitudes are horrible. Then, when we asked for her name, because it was covered up, she wouldn’t tell us. That just goes to tell you she knows she has a sorry attitude I could be wrong, but all public officials should tell you their name when you ask if it is covered up by law

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting attitude from both of the employees I had an interaction with today. Instead of answering questions, you get the answer of “I’ve worked here for over 25 years.”

Postal worker this afternoon was very rude. I had several packages I had QR codes to use to create the mailing label. I was told I needed to find a better system, since generating the QR codes was taking to long, even though by the time she scanned the code,verified the weight and applied the label, I had the next code and package ready. This was after I stood in line while she took a long time with FOUR people who did NOT have the proper ZIP codes and/or documents they needed...even allowing one to call home for proper information. No worries. You lost MY business!

Just left the post office and the lady attending me “Ty” was very rude, passive aggresive and very short with me. Horrible customer service skills. I’ve been to this post office many times and other ladies and gentleman who work up there are just the nicest helping people ever. I’ve never done a return before and didn’t understand what she was meaning about a QR code. I asked her do you know what it looks like. So I know what she was talking about instead had an attitude didn’t want to help. I understand we may not like coming into work on a Monday, but don’t let it out on customers just because you hate your job. For reference it was 30 minutes before closing.

The staff is very rude. I came in about 7 minutes before closing time. As I was filling out the address to an envelope someone yelled at me saying "You have two minutes". A few seconds later I can hear them talking about me like I wasn't there! Asking one another, "What is she doing?". Then responding to each other, "I don't know but whatever it is, she needs to hurry up and get out of here". I felt so pressured and got so nervous. Even my toddler who was happy and giggling suddenly went quiet and hugged my leg asking to leave. I understand they want to go home and last minute customers are the worst but I knew I would be in and out before closing time there was no need to be that rude.

I've never met a staff RUDER than the staff in this office. If I could give 0 stars I would. It's baffling that my tax dollars pay for these people to provide me a service with this type of attitude ESPECIALLY since all the reviews seem to say the same thing. It's pitiful and ridiculous now they talk to every person that comes in. I've been in the office 3 times this week and have been provided with the same poor customer service.

Came here to get a passport. Tim is the rudest person ever!! Had some questions and he kept cutting me off, then I proceeded to ask another employee and he heard our conversation; he then went off on her yelling telling her, he already told me what to do. This guy needs to learn some manners. His customer service is poor.

If you don't want to wait in line be the first at the door in the morning I did was in and out of there in seconds nice people in there not too friendly about joking about stealing their money he said he'd punch me in the nose lol I'm too old to rub anybody I couldn't run away

Came for a passport and told the lady that the online process wasn’t working , she is talking to me but walking away . She didn’t even tell us what we could instead or try to help us . She was rude and unprofessional. Literally the worse US POST OFFICE I have been . Needs new workers and the ones that actually want a job .
