Ms LaTanya went above and behind helping me with a package issue (not their fault). I really appreciate her willingness to help. Everytime I reach out, I get a response promptly. The carriers are all great. I have no complaints. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Both places gave me a number to call , number is always busy and we believe someone needs a new job, they are not giving us any solutions, and we've already wasted our time to come up here

Hands down the worst ever!!! Left note on my door saying there was "no secure place to deliver" keep in mind they were delivering plastic pumpkins in a box, and there were 4 huge Amazon boxes already on the porch with a sign on the door that says "leave packages here"!!! The note says you can go online to schedule a redelivery, so I do. One week later, still no package!! Start calling.....they literally let it ring until it hangs up on you!!

"As of July 5th, 2023 our new hours will be 7am-7pm" would have been a nice addition to the USPS website before I drove across the city expecting to be able to drop my package off by 8. Extremely inconvenient and souls have been updated on ANYTHING showing hours of operation.

Where to start, the professional at this location has tanked every since the extended hours. Jerry and the black woman were wonderful that worked the counter before the extended hours started. I'm glad the extended hours have been reduced from 9P.M close to 7P.M close, this way it gives me a earlier time window to check my P.O. box in the evening without having to face rogue unprofessional staff. This is the only post office I'm aware of that when you enter you're immediately face to face with staff and some make the atmosphere most unpleasant and uncomfortable to access they do want to greet customers, look up at you and look away and even avoid looking at you when they see you approaching which I prefer if you're not going to show professionalism and acknowledge the customer.Who I usually see is a black man around 40 years old mornings, he's one of the worse, a Hispanic woman in the evening, and the black guy Kim, Kim is the only respectable one.I rarely come in during retail hours the only several times I went ahead and went in out of 10s that I would liked to have gone inonly staff I've observed who behaves with professionalism, honor and etiquette in greeting customers is the guy Kim.The extended hours panel seems to be unable to stay atop all tasks, this is the 4th time since the extended hours that my P.O. box was locked-out due to late payment, after I've paid it it remains locked.It is a no no-brainer that the same presence of mind utilized to lock out the box is the same presence of mind that needs to be utilized to check if it's been paid, it isn't that difficult to look out for this for 10 days,10 days past the 1st or after 10 days of non-payment you lose your box. I called the consumer affairs number for this location twice this morning 8/14/23, the first time the call disconnected at 1:01 mins, 38 secs, the same with the second call, the obnoxious automated recording saying the same thing over and over stopped at 1:01 mins, 22 secs, the call then completely disconnected at 1:01 mins 38 secs both times. I also wonder if possibly a consumer affairs staff recognized my phone number from the last time I called about this issue and purposefully didn't answer the phone, I've never never never called in the past and have had this type of hold. If you call and your wait gets up to 50 mins you probably might as well go ahead and hang up because their automated system hangs up on you after 61 minutes.

This location opened my mail that contained a check to a vendor. Then they deposited into the US Post Office bank account!! I have tried calling all day to get someone to explain this and no one is answering the phone

Never had any kind of problems. My change of address was so easy! One form and it's done!!Now getting a post office box is very expensive!!

The guy working behind the counter was awesome!! I had 2 customers ahead of me that were both rude as hell but this poor guy was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Very impressive and professional

Cannot access my PO Box .. sign on door says they are now locking doors after 6 when last clerk leaves. However I have rushed here from work to try and get mail 3 times now gotten here before 6 (550, 545, and today 540) and doors are locked no one in sight. I work M-F 8-530. They don't open until 9am and claim to not lock doors til 6 but has not been the case this week. Closed on weekends. I have mail I need to get but can't get in.

ISSUE AFTER ISSUE WITH THIS POSTAL PERSON. I WORK FROM HOME. I LEFT A NOTE IN MY BOX REQUESTING SINCE NO SIG REQ’D BUZZ APT IF NO RESPONSE LEAVE PACKAGE AT FRONT DOOR. AAANNNDDDD NOTHING. NO PACKAGE NO NOTE/REPLY NOTHING!!!!

Been coming here for about 2 weeks now & overall it's a 2 star max compared to other post offices. Probably the only post office i've been to that doesn't like to spare some tape or help out with packaging slips for the label. Really upsetting that this is the only post office near my job.
