Terrible… nobody knows anything…. Can not even get no type of status update on holding mail, a package… lock change or nothing… One of the men in there looking like he high…!!! Yes high!!! & don’t care to provide assistance. Just no help…

Very unfriendly staff. I’ve had to come several times for the pike pass mail, which I don't mind doing, but I do mind having to interact with very unfriendly staff. Seems to always be the same gentleman too. Very disappointing.

If I could give ZERO stars for how BAD the service is here I would!!! LAZY is too nice to say about the workers here!! This is by far the worst USPS office in OKC!! Chad “working” (ha!) the counter is useless and doesn’t do anything at all to help!! Even though the USPS informed delivery showed my package was delivered to his post office he told me that it was not and that the app and 1-800 line are not accurate!!! I showed him respect and courteous and in turn he was rude and disrespectful to me! No manners, can’t talk clearly nor could care less about any person’s postal questions! Jabba the Hut is more caring than his twin Chad!! He is beyond RUDE to people who are the customers paying his salary!! Total deadpan!!! The USPS has MANY incompetent, lazy workers but this office is the poster child of what their incompetent workers and environment actually look like!!! Truly pathetic!!

Been trying for weeks to get my mail, the actual office that handles my mail is closed to the public so I have to deal with people who can't help me but I have no other recourse since I can't try to talk to the lazy, incompetent, or both, shysters who I should be speaking to.

Received a notifications saying my package was not able to be Delivered due to animal interference at 8:08 am, checked my cameras through out 8:00-8:20am and no attempts were ever made to even deliver. Bunch of lazy workers that are sad with themselves with the job they chose, tried to contact support to report the problem and was not able to get into a call with a real person once after a hour of trying. Worst service ever ?

Never have had any problems there. Line is most always short and the workers are professional and efficient. The outside mailbox by the street has the latest pick up in the area: currently 9:15 p.m. Monday-Saturday.

Ms LaTanya went above and behind helping me with a package issue (not their fault). I really appreciate her willingness to help. Everytime I reach out, I get a response promptly. The carriers are all great. I have no complaints. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Both places gave me a number to call , number is always busy and we believe someone needs a new job, they are not giving us any solutions, and we've already wasted our time to come up here

Hands down the worst ever!!! Left note on my door saying there was "no secure place to deliver" keep in mind they were delivering plastic pumpkins in a box, and there were 4 huge Amazon boxes already on the porch with a sign on the door that says "leave packages here"!!! The note says you can go online to schedule a redelivery, so I do. One week later, still no package!! Start calling.....they literally let it ring until it hangs up on you!!
