If I could give no stars I would. The young Caucasian guy literally screwed up my account with US Cellular to were US Cellular is wanting me to pay a damn near $300 bill of cellphone and wifi. The guy added on insurance to the wifi modem without asking me if I wanted that. He didn't tell me that it'll take up 2 months for approval of government assistance wifi. The lady in the store today just rounded up my bill without my consent, then let me know. Like where tf do they get off at doing customers like this to make a freaking commission pay. That's not okay to me that US Cellular still wants me to pay the remaining balance of my cellphone and the wifi modem because I'm complaining about their horrible customer service. Just today I was told that I can't cancel my wifi because it's past 15 days when my wifi been connected since 11/26/2023. It doesn't make sense. They are charging extra fee's and ALL US Cellular customers need to come together for a lawsuit against this company.

One of their employees, maybe he is a manager He is very rude one time he is ok with us and the next just plain rude. The rest of the team is great. They don't care if we are on a prepaid account we get the same treatment and they are great with our teens just not that one man. There service is great the store would be better if he was sent to the back office and away from the customers with that angry, prejudice, careless judging employees that has been there at least 2 1/2 -3 yrs now, that's as long as we have been living in the area. I can't make a complaint because he is always there when I go to and as soon as you start to complain he walks out and that man is scary.

... Customer Care Reps should be trained to have empathy while servicing their customers... Started out on the wrong foot. Therefore, my hard of hearing friend asked if I would mind going back with them... Reps seemed to be a little more considerate in the end...

Refused to activate my moms new iPhone 11. It was purchased new and unlocked directly from the Apple Store. He claimed the phone needs to be cdma and that his system did not recognize it. I previously purchased a new unlocked IPhone 11 from the Apple Store last year and they had no problem activating that one. On top of not activating the cellphone he was extremely rude and seemed like he did not want to be there.Update: I went to the location on NW Expressway after my experience at this store on SW 3rd St. They were extremely kind and activated the phone with no problems. We will be going to that location from now on.

I went in as a business account owner to upgrade my phone add a line and purchase new phone. I was lied to when salesman told me the other line would have every other feature I have unlimited talk text data. Not the case now they want a 15 $ for more than 2G . The glass case 6 ft drop he installed didn't last 24 hrs for 20.00 I didn't even drop my phone. No Answer when I called store. Never had issue with this corporate store. But I am very disappointed with being deceived sale person.
