Do yourself a favor and go to any other UPS location. The up charge on services is robbery. Even just for simple returns. Wish I’d read previous comments before wasting my time here.

I'm a frequent customer. Amazon returns are always super fast here. Only time I've had to wait in line is during holidays and that goes for all stores. They now have an automated return station. Remember to tape your packges cause it will cost you $. Also if you have multiple returns, packge all together in same box or they won't accept it. Customer service has always been friendly. I've also used them for notary items and had no issues. Much cheaper than a mobile notary. A+ store

The employees at this store are always very helpful and very knowledgeable about printing and copying. Great prices on color copies too!

The guy at the front counter was really rude had a bad attitude. It’s always the same thing with him. No wonder why this store has a very low review rate. Go some where else where they can treat you with respect!!!

Walked in with three Amazon returns. Two weren't in a box. He told me he would have to charge me $20 each for the two that weren't in the box.I went to another UPS store on NW 50 and May, and he said I could have put them in a bag for $0.64.So unless you enjoy donating your hard earned money to these dishonest, uncaring people...id highly recommend another UPS STORE!

I live 50 miles away from a ups store. Amazon advertises just take your packages and they will box and label them. I happened to be in the area and needed to drop off two packages I had one label two boxes and the guy said this is only one label these have to be packaged together. I said can’t you do it and he says no you have to box them together. I never was able to return. I tried kohls access points then Amazon was gonna charge 88 dollars from my refund so I cancelled. This guy cost me 232 dollars.

In a world where the word service is rarely seen this UPS store has it. I have been there twice now. People are polite and know what they are doing. Proud of you people.

From out of town and had Amazon return items, some with labels & boxes, others box with a bar code scan to ship. No problems, young man was very helpful and got everything shiped

"I walked into the store to return a package. I was having difficulties in pulling up the shipping label from my phone to print out. The staff was very patient and very helpful , she walked me through the steps and helped me get my package ready for return. I am very pleased with the service I received.
