Reason 3 stars is convenience of location, clean, & self-checkout option. Since this store has switched to self-check so heavily, most (not all) staff have really poor customer service, as if they're being bothered/irritated, unless you're a paying customer(vs mailing pkg via prepaid label). If they want customers to return, use their other services maybe they should try being more pleasant? They're not young kids either...

Employees are always kind and helpful. Even helped me figure out the address once when the address I was given was obviously wrong.

This is the best ups store I've used. I have never had to wait, the store is always nice and clean, well organized and plenty of staff on duty. I've never had a bad experience and I've used them quite a bit. I would say that they have very good customer service.

Hi, adding post your comment. Can you please add a drop off lane? It’s hardly 1 min/customer when they have 1 package only instead of waiting for 15 min until the person ahead is done.

Every single time that I go to the UPS store, they are kind and professional and meet my needs. If I go to the USPS they are irritable and not very kind. Specially, if you go around 330 to 430pm. I love UPS!

Customer service was great. Didn’t wait long to be helped. Only 4 stars out of 5 though because they charged me $12 for a BOX ? maybe I’m getting old but to me that’s pretty steep for literally a box. Not a decorative or floral one or anything fancy. Just a basic box $12. Didn’t like that.

Went for notary and they asked for ID and spelled my name wrong, asked to correct it and he got upset saying it didn't matter. What's the purpose of getting the id, if not to review the name and spelling on the id

These ridiculous people wanted to charge me 8.00 for a medium sized box to package my item!! Absolutely stupid when the item I was returning was only 20.00! Just stupid !! I will go all the way home a 45 min drive get the dumb box and it will still be less than 8.00!! Just gross what this business is doing !! It’s so wrong!!!
