NO INTEGRITY. I went to United auto sales to purchase a vehicle. I had been looking at a 2000 dodge Durango. I called prior to showing up and expressed how serious I was in the vehicle. I was informed that the vehicle was roadworthy and while driving back home an hour into the drive it overheated, and proceeded to blow coolant all over the road. Leaving me stranded halfway between home and the dealer.. I contacted the dealer to express the issue I had, and to try and get some sort of resolution in terms of getting it to them to find out what was wrong or getting it to my home, because both directions for a tow would’ve cost the same. I tried to negotiate the price of the tow considering the fact that I bought a vehicle that was supposed to be roadworthy and it was not. They also POST filled out paperwork after I had signed already. The owner wrote down “nothing owed” “nothing promised” “no dealer warranty” things like that. Given all the information I thought my solution was a good one. It was nowhere near acceptable for the proprietor of United auto sales. My wife had to take out a personal loan in order for the truck and myself to get home. I was extremely weary of sending the vehicle back to United Auto Sales as it does not seem that they do things as professional as other places.

My lawyer informed me that it is illegal for a dealer to also be the notary on whatever paperwork filed a notary is supposed to be an independent observer. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN. Nothing from him is legitimate.
2nd UPDATE! If they’re willing to lie to you they’re willing to lie to the BBB and the police and the owner uses multiple aliases apparently.

Bought my vehicle here on Saturday morning, spent the week looking at it and talking with them. Answered questions that I had and were not pushy, the paperwork process went smooth and fast. Had a great selection of cars that were well taken care of including mine. Will be back to purchase again when time to replace our other one. Highly recommend.

Bought a 2014 Chevy 1500 and the cam and lifters went out on the way home,I took it back to them and they put new cam and lifters in it and had it back too me in a few days,very good and honest people from my experience

For various reasons it was just time to make some changes, and we have purchased two family cars here in the last two weeks. Sam, Juan and the staff are friendly, helpful and fair-dealing. Recommended.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! Very disappointed and would not recommend! We bought a car from here and the next day the engine light came on. Took it to our mechanic and he said it was the transmission. We contacted United Auto about the issue and they did fix the problem only charging us for the part. The next day the engine light came on again. We tried to take it back to United Auto during business hours and the door was locked, no one there, and no answer on the phone. We took it to our mechanic and it was another $800! Just hours after leaving the mechanic the check engine light came on again and then the rear view camera stopped working. What a headache!UPDATE: 2 months later and we are still having issues with the car we bought from this place. It has been in the shop for over a month and has cost us thousands of dollars to get running. We should have taken the loss and went to a dealership. Very upsetting.

This is a horrible place!!! Bought a 2010 VW Passat from them on July 14 and 2 days later we had it in the shop. 2500 later got the car back and 1 day later the transmission broke 3500 later!!!! The dealer said they get the cars and put them on the lot. They don’t check them out! BUYER BE WARE!!!!

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR WITH THIS LOT.. I DONT KNOW HOW ANYONE CAN SAY ANYTHING DIFFERENT. SOME PEOPLE IF THEY DONT GET THEIR WAY THEY CRY AND COMPLAIN. THE SALESMEN WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THEY WORKED WITH ME. THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. I WOULD HONESTLY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND UNITED AUTO SALES TO EVERYONE.

These people told us the price of a car and when we went with the cashiers check to pick it up they said they made a mistake and needed more money. Said it was our mistake for not doing the math right even though they wrote the price on the back of their business card after telling us the price. Be careful what they tell you cause they’ll want more money when you come back!

traded in a super clean half-ton 2wd pickup plus a little cash for a super clean half ton 4wd pickup.. they gave me a fair price on my trade-in, were absolutely honest with me about their truck, and some minor issues it had...everything was worked out and discussed..no problems. so refreshing to find people that do straight business. rare thing nowadays. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealer !! nice clean vehicles, and HONESTY. ???
