We rented an appliance uhaul to move a washing machine and it was perfect. Was lower to ground making it easier to load and unload.The service was good too!

Since I've moved here in July I've had to have a unit with U-Haul Moving and Storage the management there is very nice and understanding the staff was very courteous and attentive

I’ve usually counted on U-Haul for seamless moves, but my recent experience was anything but. I’d booked and paid for a moving truck and tow trailer, but despite confirmation, the store staff couldn’t locate my equipment.The encounter lacked basic courtesy, and I was met with hostility when I requested assistance. The situation escalated into a public confrontation, drawing the attention of all in-store. The whole distressing episode, including a police visit, lasted over two hours.To my surprise, my paid-for equipment was in-store all along. Further, an unjustified extra charge was attempted but thankfully corrected by customer service. Follow-up calls to corporate were met with long holds and disconnections, which added to the frustration.I hope U-Haul uses this feedback to prevent such experiences in the future. Moving is stressful enough without additional complications!!!

Horrible customer service. I made reservations and scheduled a pickup on Sunday morning, arrived to the location with at least 10 people ahead of me and only one person working at the counter. The agent was very unbothered about the number of customers waiting in line and did not rush to get people through. I understand he's only one person, however the amount of customer service on his part lacked. I will not make reservations at this particular location ever again! I waited in line for darn near an hour, very unacceptable.

The facility is in a great location and a great variety of trucks. So that was great. But severely understaffed. When I went go pick up my truck it was supposed to be contactless just in case it was after hours but the glitch in your system made me half to go on. There was a line of 4 people ahead of me and no one at the desk when I arrived. After 10 min a guy arrived. There should be no less than 2 people there at all times especially for such a big facility. When I dropped off it was a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly tho.

They were open but didn't have availability due to the fire marshal hadn't been out to inspect yet. They weren't sure when they be out either. Bummed.
