They took advantage of a 18 year girl. My aunt dropped the phone off and then my daughter picked up her iPhone 12. Once she got the phone it says she she couldn’t connect to anything because the parts were not genuine. Before that her phone worked it was just cracked screen. We last had the phone on service in April & since then she had been using the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. She brought phone back and they took phone again but this time they messed up the car and it still said not genuine parts. They girl tried to tell stuff would be wrong but there is nothing wrong with phone except the parts they put in. She told the lady she will just take it to apple bc they kept messing up her phone. Took it apple and they advised us they messed up phone even more. They put none genuine parts in her phone. The owner talked to us like we were kids or beneath them. He advised me what the lady said would be on receipt but it wasn’t. He kept saying they have pictures and we know the phone was cracked. They had the nerve to say it took you two weeks no it didn’t she brought the phone back right away and they attempted to fix it but made it worst. It took a minute to get the appointment with apple & plus I had to work. Then we just kept yelling go back & fourth I lost my cool my 18 yr worked hard to get that money to fix her phone. Then he threatens to call 911 on us. He wasn’t listening and then he kept talking over us. Why would she pay get phone fixed if it there was a issue with the phone? The only issue we had was a cracked screen and my screen was cracked way worse than hers. She had a iPhone 12 and it never displayed non genuine parts until we took the phone to them. It was just cracked on the screen and we have the paperwork from apple stating they messed up her phone and it also said the screen wasn’t even on properly. Instead of making it right he blamed my daughter and talked to us like were stupid. Then try to say she didn’t come in right away when she did. These people are not right or genuine people. I got my phone fixed and had to take it back twice. I would never go here again. I feel so bad for my 18 yr & what she experienced she was so mad & hurt. I mean apple was so great and advised us of everything, he wasn’t trying to listen & kept talking over us. I was so mad the way he talked down on us for real. Now she spent 175 and now the phone won’t even work bc it says parts aren’t genuine. Apple said phone destroyed & cost 500 to get another one. Wow!! That’s crazy!! iPhone 12 destroyed. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced. Please rethink before you visit this place. It was awful!

i bought some airpod’s here costing me $250!! for the both headphones to be from a different gen i got so mad my parents wasting 250 on some airpod’s not to be the original gen i took it to apple and they said that the both headphones were from 2 other gens never buy airpod’s from here and when i went to other stores the airpods were still boxed up and were the original gen a cheaper!! i would go back to the shop but after going thru the reviews they won’t help me at all never buy stuff from here please!

Big store for what it is. They have several different wireless options, but you can find better prices online. I went in one day to price a Galaxy S9+, decided to think about it, went in a couple days later and the same used device went up by $20. Staff is moderately friendly. The owner drives a beautiful car, seriously it's awesome.

This place is trash, I went there few months ago I bought a phone from them when I charge the phone the battery wasn’t working properly. so I went back the next day because my phone wasn’t working properly and they said the battery was not in good condition that I had to replace it so they make me pay to replace the battery, even though I bought the phone from them they did not take responsability of their own phones. just let you all know if they give you a phone that is not working properly you still gotta pay extra to fix it. They are not gonna replace it.

Don't buy anything there everything is repaired and doesn't work and besides they don't want to give you anything back and they just waste your time check everything well before buying I don't recommend that you buy anything
