Jess & Luke were SOOOOO helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I purchased a pair of Hoka and On Clouds and they helped me every step of the way! I was able to walk out with the shoes I’ve been searching for! Go to the Quail Springs Location and ask for Jess and Luke!

Went in to exchange a pair of Hokas that were not the right size. I had previously tried on a size 10.5 at another store and knew that is the size I wanted. When I asked for a 10.5 she told me that HOKA doesn’t make a shoe in that size. I ended up getting a size 10 but HOKA does make a 10.5 in the same shoe.

Shopped at this location yesterday the salesman was excellent except he promised a discount that he didn't give me! I was somewhat disappointed as we all know that Hoka and shoe inserts are expensive when purchased together! Anyways when I decide to purchase them again, I will use the Hoka website!

purchased home hey dudes from here back in February/march. store was clean. staff was nice. only thing i didnt like is they try to push additional sales on you.

Pros: hey dude shoes, helpful sales peopleStopped in to browse. My son has a hard time finding shoes in his size. We both found our new spring sneaker! These 'Hey Dudes' are so comfortable and breathable I don't want to take them off. I thank the sales rep for recommending I try them on too or I would have been blissfully unaware. They don't draw my eye but boy are they comfy!

Excellent customer service, an employee by the name of Kyle (if I remember correctly) helped me out. He was extremely nice and helpful, he wasn’t satisfied until I was satisfied and I don’t see that too often, I absolutely love the shoes he helped me find, easily the most comfortable pair I own. I look forward to doing some more shopping here in the near future! Keep up the great work!
