This is a great dealership. We'd been looking for a particular Tacoma for a while and were getting very little help from our local dealership. Glenn found our truck within a few days and made the transaction seamless and pleasant. Glenn was the best car salesman we've ever worked with.

I purchased a car from Jim Norton 2017 and have been extremely happy with it and also with the salesman. Special kudos to Heath

My vehicle today required an oil change, nothing else. Upon making contact with the service advisor (CAEDEN MORRIS) everything was good. My car is new-used bought with no issues only 2 months ago from when you're reading this. Recently my TPMS light has been coming on why? because I need to put air in one of my tires of course. Midway through my oil change I get a call from the service advisor informing me that my engine light is on. Now that was puzzling to me because upon arrival there wasn't an engine light on. So, without hesitation I correct him saying, "that's my tire sensor light not my engine light," which he says, "no it's the engine light, and it will cost you $200 for a full diagnostic". IF my engine light was on Caeden Morris it's called an OBD-II Scanner, they're free at O'Reilly. Also, auto techs charging people $5 for using supplies/tools to do a job and showing it on the receipt as "miscellaneous charge" is highway robbery. If that's the case I should have brought my own tools for you to do the job. Stop trying to bamboozle people and gyp them out of there money. Be honest with your customers if you want them to return.

Frustrating experience, false payment offer and an insane amount of calls/emails. Utter waste of time.

Of course, through yelp they suggest talking to James Deaton. He's not even professional enough to give a callback when requested. I was told he would call me in 15 minutes. About 45 minutes later he sends me text messages. Shows a real lack of care for the concern of paying customers. James was not only careless in his approach but was dismissive of my issues with the service received.

They will give you an estimate over the phone then charge you twice that amount. I called to get a price for replacing a TPMS sensor and was to it would be around $100.00 and after waiting 3 hours they charged me $323.98 for two sensors plus a $45.37 shop charge. Now 450 miles later and the TPMS light is indicating that there is another issuse again. So I'm going to have to find somewhere to take it that can fix what Jim Norton Toyota wasn't able to fix. I know that if you do a review the standard reply was to call the Fixed Operations Director, James Deaton. This is because they know if they put it on the customer to reach out to them most will not and don't care enough about customers to try to call them.

I bought a 2015 Toyota with low mileage, in October 2021. I just had to put tires on a car that I paid $20,000. for two tires where original tires. Selling someone a car with worn tires is very cheap and show you do not care for the customers. Never buy from this dealership

After being told multiple times that they had cars available and the car being sold from under me to someone else after I put the check down I was still trying to be a faithful client I previously purchased a Toyota from Fowler Norman but I live in Piedmont and I had a tire issue and it's clearly just a plug it's not sidewall or anything it's actually clean hole they told me they would have to sell me a whole new tire I advised them that I purchased the tire protection plan through Toyota when I purchased a vehicle they told me that they couldn't see it because I didn't purchase the car from them didn't try to help in anyway they told me they could sell me a tire didn't have a loaner or a shuttle available and then after they tried to find the Toyota tire protection plan basically told me that they couldn't help me and that I needed to take it back to Fowler great award-winning customer service Jim Norton I applaud you for keeping Fowler's business going

Well, this place has gone completely down the tubes. We took our cars there on occasion for recalls. They tend to get those right. However, as of 4 September 2022, this place has performed horribly. We took our 2014 Prius in to get the wheel housing repaired. They had us buy a part in June, only to have ordered the wrong part when it arrived, after two months of waiting on that part arriving. They then magically order the right part that comes in three days. Having done some kind of "temporary fix" to protect our tire for about a month and a half, when they installed they the correct part, it comes off on the bottom and starts rubbing the tire. Let's couple all of this with a couple of phenomena: one person says they have a loaner car service, and another person doesn't. Also, the back housing of our right passenger mirror magically disappears after we send the car to get repaired for the wheel housing part. This is really a nightmare, and I don't feel this place will receive our business anymore.

If I could leave a -5 star review I would. I live 1000 miles from the dealership and have been in contact with Kayla Ellis (internet specialist) for 2 days regarding this truck to get details. I made arrangements for my sister and brother in law to look at the vehicle before I made the 2000 mile round trip journey to go in person. This morning I sent an email asking if the truck was still available, if there were any deals working on it before my family started their 1.5hr ride to the dealership and to let her know as I had emailed the nighy before that the would be there close to 1pm. Kayla let me know the vehicle went sent for an inspection but should be back anytime. This was close to the time my family would be arriving. When my sister and brother in law arrived, they found the vehicle was actually in the shop and had been. The previous test drive customer had tried to test the tuner, the truck lost all power and then would not restart. The vehicle also had been deleted and is not 50 state compliant as listed. The CarFax shows an open recall that has not been fixed. In short, all of these things could have been relayed to me prior to making arrangements for my family to come view the vehicle. I am glad I didn't drive or fly the distance for this deceptive dealership. If this is what I have found, how much more is hidden that I didn't. DO YOUR RESEACH AND INVESTIGATE IT FULLY..Cautiously work with this dealership. Good luck all!

They deal with problems that come up professionally and quickly. The sales guy didn't know much but the deal ship is fine.

It's unfortunate that this location is so close to my home. I actually purchased my vehicle here and have always taken it here for maintenance. I had great experiences when one of their previous workers handled my vehicle maintenance, but once he left the quality of their services left too. I ended up driving to Bob Howard Toyota to get my vehicle serviced a few months ago because I was tired of poor service at Jim Norton. I was just due for maintenance again, so I figured I would give Jim Norton another chance, because this location is less than 10 minutes away from my home. Bad decision. This is the second time I've picked my car up from them with the tire light STILL on. The service department always seems very chaotic, and there is no flow or rhythm for their operations. They sent me a text begging for a five star review, once I responded and told them I would not be leaving a 5 star review, no one responded. I will not be returning to Jim Norton for anything again. I will happily drive to Bob Howard in Edmond for quality service. Also, please quit calling and mailing me papers regarding selling my vehicle. I've told them numerous times I'm not interested in selling it.
