Susie Zuniga helped me get the policy I needed quickly and was very professional along with friendly and respectful. She was a pleasure to do business with and I am very grateful to her for getting me away from the GEICO lizard that I overpaid for years! I was looking for a different insurance agency, since mine went up an enormous amount. My son suggested the State Farm agency he has been with for many years, Tony Brummitt. He said I would talk to Kim, and she would take care of me. It was a fabulous experience! She took 45 minutes to explain everything that I may need, answered questions about items that were confusing to me, and has a great personality. I never felt rushed. I felt like this was a place that cared about the client. Best insurance agency ever!!!!

Miss Chyna is by far the best employee State Farm has. her kindness goes up and beyond great customer service. She has been so extremely helpful with my mom and I for her car and getting everything squared away in every way, shape and form. If you go to anyone else other then miss chyna your making a mistake I highly recommend using her at the n council location.

Once again I received amazing service at Tony Brummitt’s State Farm Agency. Juggling insurance on multiple vehicles for multiple households it seems as if I’m always confused. This morning, China got two trucks and a crossover current on insurance in record time. I am not in ‘the City’ often during business hours so it was a pleasure to do business ‘where everyone knows my name’. China always has answers and if she doesn’t knows how to find out. There’s a reason I don’t agent-hop - Tony, China, and Kim have become an extension of family over the years.
