I called the shop and asked for a Tire. Told me one price and when I got in it was higher. Third brand new with warranty is 99 and they tried to charge me 100 bucks for a used tire. It’s funny the shop in Mwc screwed me on plugging a tire (aired my tire up and rolled up so i couldn’t see it. ) the other shop lost my wheel lock,they have taken this tire off twice but this guy says he can’t take it off. Every other tire shop have no issue. I told them before i came up that my tire is split on the side wall. I drive there because it’s a few blocks away. He says he couldn’t tighten it enough. I offered extra money to just do it and I’ll tighten em when i get home. He just he can’t and walked off. Can’t help someone get back home after getting ready to pay full brand new price for a used tire. Will never set foot back in here. A lot of the employees are shady. Will never set foot or even a toe in their establishment. Thanks for wasting my time and putting me in a worse spot!

The guy who changed my tire gets 5 stars and he got a tip. The person in charge gets a one star. After waiting 25mins Very RUDE! I purchased 3 tires . If I ever need tires again. I will go somewhere else.

I was told one price while in my vehicle after giving the size ($50). I was told another price while picking out tires ($55). Asked the manager that drove up in a red pickup (white male) who told me (black professional female, unbothered but just inquiring) after I asked why the price difference; he said you can go ahead and leave the property; I have enough business & don't need yours. He's on the black side of town. He's appears to be exploiting needs based on the area. I'm just saying. Went to the south side got 4 BRAND NEW LOOKING tires for $160. Toms on 23rd & Kelley... needs to boycotted. #BLM

Horrible. I've showed up here 2 x in the last month they always close early way before closing time I don't not recommend!!! Bad customer service as well ..if your need don't come here ..I even offered a tip at 540 pm

10/10 recommend!!! Great customer service!!! Josh showed good hospitality while waiting!!! Great prices and quality products. Made it comfortable while asking different questions and gave me honest answers when I was decisive about buying a new tire. It can be a scary experience but they made it better!!! Been there 50 years and it shows ❤️

I would like to give a personal thank you to Isaiah that works here. I was told at first it would be an hour to get my tire fixed, but it didn't. He went to the back and came out with the tire for my car, and quickly took off the old one and put on the new one. I'm so happy with the service and price. I've been to Wally World 3x since the beginning of the summer and they all got blad and the tread just come right out of the tire. 3x. 3x on my bad. I will never go there again. I will use Tom's Tires for now on! They have great and fair prices and very quick service. Despite there being other cars and really kind customers who didn't mind him just doing a quick change. Props to them for being so awesome and a huge Thank you for all the guys at Tom Tires. Aaron too who helped me over the phone too! Y'all are really nice and I appreciate the wonderful customer service I highly recommend them! Great job!

I hadn't have to had a tire replaced in years and found myself in need of one. I also hadn't been to Tom's Tires in over 10+ years. The young man Aaron? was helpful, efficient and the price for the tire and service was more than fair. Glad to see Tom's is still giving good quality service.
