I recently moved to Edmond and, for one reason or another, found myself enjoying the occasional cigar. Amid the stresses of life, smoking a fine cigar offers a simple yet profound pleasure that has become a relaxing ritual for me.
My search for a go-to cigar shop took me to various liquor and specialty stores, but none captured my loyalty quite like Tobacco Exchange in Edmond. What sets this shop apart isn’t just their competitive pricing or their impressive selection, which indeed includes almost anything a cigar aficionado could desire. The defining factor is the exceptional customer service I received, particularly from staff member John Sadler.
John’s approach to customer service is noteworthy. In an era where this can be a rare find, his helpfulness, friendliness, and generosity truly stand out. It's not just about selling cigars; it's clear he cares deeply about what he does and the people he serves. I'm excited to hear that John is about to earn a Master's degree in History. Came in on a Friday evening to grab a new lighter and cutter and was helped by John. He was absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Tobacco Exchange has always had a great selection when it comes to cigars but I will be be back next visit just because of John!
