I am a homeless veteran, living out of the back of my SUV. Was passing through the city, needing to be in rio ranchero new mexico by monday to see my sister, when the check engine came on and stayed on. I called thirteen shops, no one could fit me in for another three days, asking me to leave my bed in their garage for days. Called here, eagerly got me in and situated. They walked me through every step of what they were doing, fixing my initial issue and more, and they did it with a smile. Owner handed me my keys and just said happy holidays and sent me on my way. Best shop in the city as far as im concerned!

It took some time for me to exsplain to them what was to be done. I also let them know that the claims mgr and I had discussed repairs too. At one time we weren't all on the same page but I got to talk to the owner and he worked very hard with me to understand where me and the adjuster and claims rep were coming from .I would use them again . If your not understanding something just get a hold of the owner . I think the office guy I dealt with was new . The owner is not new ....

The body work itself was fine, a little over spray remained after getting the car back but nothing major. However while my car was sitting hooked up to a battery tender they somehow managed to cause a short in the amplifier circuit rendering the sound system inop. The car was fixed last March, and I've been driving around since then with a non functioning audio system despite many attempts on my part to contact TL motors and work through insurance to resolve the issue. Would not recommend unless you are ok with getting your car back in a worse condition than you dropped it off in.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I paid $ 6,000 for a general paint and when I went to pick up my car they told me that it was not general paint, only taking out the details and painting in parts makes a garbage of work. don't give them your money

I've come to Truc for multiple years, with multiple cars, with multiple problems. He always helps me with whatever I need, quickly, and most times for a better price than anywhere else. Even if he did cost more than the competition (which he doesn't) I'd still go to him instead because he makes the whole process much less of a headache. They responded to price request for changing a water pump and timing belt that I sent out on Yelp. They gave me a good price and allowed me to supply my own parts. 4 months later and the car has been running beautifully. I would return here in the future if I run across the need.
