Been a customer for years, but I’ve been having a hard time getting a call back. I think their business has outgrown their staff. I have had this problem multiple times throughout the last couple years. They only want to engage with me when my annual renewal comes around. They did not return my calls otherwise.

Thrive has been great because they find reputable, solid insurance coverage for me at low prices I wasn't able to find on my own (and definitely would not have been able to find without generating the endless follow-up sales calls from all of the insurers I would have contacted). Thrive has also been fantastic about helping me make adjustments, update things, etc. ... I can't imagine shopping for insurance without Thrive again.

Chad made the transition so easy for me. He reviewed my coverage that I had and found another that was comparable for a lower cost.
