Our family loves Threshold. It's something the kids can do to get the sillies out while building muscle and endurance. There's options for a day pass, membership, birthday parties and more. You also pay to rent gear if you do not come with your own (around $20ish). The staff makes sure you're buckled in correctly, shows you how to use the equipment and what it's for. They also show you around the climbing area and how each wall is rated so you know what's safe to climb for your skill level. All in, this place is a clean and a great time to enjoy with almost any age.

Great experience. Took my 10 year old son. We had a blast! Climbed everything we could for 4 hours tell we couldn't climb anymore.

Staff is awesome and supportive of newbies and the facility is well taken care of and clean. The most positive experience you can have no matter your ability level. Shout out to Anna, she makes you feel like a real club member.

Easily the best climbing gym in the state. Great routes that are regularly updated, and cool vibes all around! Membership well worth the price, but affordable day pass rates and rentals as well. Safe spot to bring the kids. You can end up in here longer than you'd think, because there aren't a lot of clocks around. If you need gear, they have an awesome selection, and very knowledgeable staff. Love Threshold!

Excellent classes and gym!Did the mobility flow with Chris for the first time and now that’s a standing appt in my calendar, as he worked us forwards backwards and sideways, with lots of opportunities for inverts and crows. This is the best gym in the city, hands down.

Update! Just came here to celebrate my oldest sons 11th birthday, and everyone had a blast! Highly recommend this place for parties! Way better than going to a trampoline park if you have older kids around age 8 and up! We even had a 6 year old join us since he was a sibling of one of my kids friends. Everyone had a blast! Thanks to the friendly staff for helping us out! Love this place! My oldest son enjoys coming here from time to time to rock climb. This is a huge rock climbing building that offers rentals and other amenities such as yoga classes, locker rooms, and shower areas. If you love to rock climb, give this business a try, it's clean and always a great time!

Awesome spot for all levels! The rock climbing wall is so high, and there are a lot of the small bouldering paths across the whole area. Really fun even for a beginner like me. Staff was friendly and there were a lot of very fun and clearly marked courses. Easy to buy a drop in pass and rent the shoes!

We don't get to come here very often, but we always enjoy the large variety of climbing options here for anybody, from beginners to experts! There are typically around 6 auto belays with 2-3 paths of varying difficulty climbs, and many belay climbs that need a partner, but in order to climb these you have to be belay certified. There is also a HUGE bouldering selection to choose from with varying difficulties, along with a gym, yoga room, and a climbing wall to practice your grip strength. This indoor climbing facility has it all, including rentals for gear, and a shop for all your climbing necessities. All staff are always very friendly, and I would highly recommend trying out this climbing location!

The space itself is fantastic, with plenty of options for all climbing levels. There is a good variety of bouldering, belay, auto-belay, lead climbing, training rooms, kids climbing area, etc. The trial period price ($45/unlimited climbing and equipment rental for two weeks) is competitive. One star comes off because the staff is generally a bit disorganized, and you can end up waiting around if you don't stay on top of them for xyz request. That said, climbing at the gym is overall a nice experience, and I would recommend that you try it out.

I have been rock climbing for a little over a year now and can say Threshold is definitely one of the best gyms to go to. They have a good variety of routes to climb as well as a good range of grades for any sort of climbing you're into. It's a great way to stay in shape and meet new people which I love, I highly recommend coming and checking them out

David was awesome in the top rope class. When someone enjoys what they do it makes a huge difference. David was fun and extremely knowledgeable. Devin was great as well on the rope rope certification. All crew were great. Gym was great. Will definitely be back!

I think this gym might have ruined me, in a good way…Here’s the problem, I had a lot of fun. I don’t live here and when I return home I’m afraid my gym won’t have walls so tall and so many bouldering options. Threshold really set my expectations high. The facility is very nice. The employees were helpful, encouraging, and provided great explanations and tips.On my second visit we went as a group of 12 and the gym had plenty of space to accommodate all of us along with their regular members. The two week membership is such a great deal and a perfect opportunity to try climbing. It’s just enough time to gauge your interest in the sport and gives you time to shop for equipment if you decide to continue your membership. Take advantage of it! Go twice in the two weeks and you’re already getting a deal.

A really, really cool place. The rock climbing community is always very kind and the members here are no different. Always love coming for a climb and I’m always greeted with a very kind staff. Give them a visit!

My daughter (only 8 yrs) took some beginner climbing lessons here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a combination of auto-belay runs and belay-assisted runs (not sure if I'm using the right terminology, this is a new world for me). Since it was just her she was limited to the auto-belay tracks, which tend to be in use most of the time. We also always went around the 4pm timeframe, which must be their primary time to redo the courses, so there was usually equipment and ropes blocking off some of the areas. This did mean there were few options for her to climb the last couple times we went. But if you are more experienced or have someone that can belay you, your options are expanded tremendously as there are a lot more runs without the auto-belay. It's definitely a cool facility if you go beyond very beginner and can go in regularly. My older daughter went once for fun and the staff too time to explain how to use all the equipment and climb without taking a class, which was really great. They also have a free climb area they had lots of fun on!

My home climbing gym was closed, and I decided to try another gym out. I was very happy with their bouldering. They just had a competition before I came in, so they did not have a lot of filler at the time. However, the climbing itself was very fun and challenging (I climb V3/V4) They also had a lot of top rope and some lead, I just didn't try any as I was only able to climb for a short period that day. It looked very fun thoughThe staff was very nice and answered all my questions. They also have a store in the front with most of the climbing equipment you need if you decide to keep going in the hobby.
