Skarlette is truly an exceptional individual. Her assistance was invaluable, and she provided utmost clarity regarding the pricing. She graciously showed us multiple units, understanding my indecisiveness about the required space. Furthermore, she kindly accompanied me to each unit. The cleanliness of the units was also commendable.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I was with them for 4 years always paid my payments. This last 2 months has been rough and I missed two payments and they sold all my stuff!!! ? They won't work with you AT ALL no matter how long you have been with them there are no payment plan options or anything and the honestly don't care!!! I'm so upset right now and some random people now has all of my stuff! ??

This facility is absolutely horrific, it’s infested with spiders and cockroaches. The unit that was rented to me had standing water inside, the entire facility reeks of mold and mildew. Not only that, there is virtually no security on the premises but for one camera I saw at the entrance. Stay the **** away from here.

I’ve stored at this facility for a year. It’s a very clean place & the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The establishment is well secured & I feel safe storing my belongings here.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE AMAZING WOMAN WHO NEVER STOPS SURPRISING ME. This location is by far my favorite. If it says anything, we live in Yukon and use this location because of the kindness and everything else like the little things for example My husband was sitting outside the gate trying to find the gate code 1day completely worn out from working all day and could not find it to save his life. Then just that moment, the gate began to open for him. He was obviously recognized by the staff and let in when they saw him having such a hard time. That’s the customer service I love!Thanks so much… another note, I need to talk to u about the manager at another location so if u clan call me or text me would be best, ITS VERY IMPORTANT!Thanks again
