Terrible experience wore pants once said they were worn out Sharon and Karen both in front wouldn’t even let me exchange them after they told me they could called them this morning asked them they said they could without a tag this morning but over all disappointing disgusted and just want them fired for not taking pants that were only worn once and not even a week old

Today I visited the store and I had no desire to return to that place. My family and I were completely ignored by two elderly cashiers in the women's area, we were the only ones in line and they just chatted as if they were at home at coffee time while they ignored us, after being there for For a while we decided to leave and go up to pay in the men's area and while we were leaving the place an American girl came up to pay and she was treated very well by these elderly cashiers, while they came to us with a look of displeasure. and they didn't care in the least that we left the place. They were actually very derogatory towards my family and me, I think it is because of our Hispanic origin that we were treated like that because even the cashier in the men's area was unfriendly. Although I found some shoes on sale that I loved, I would never spend a single peso again in a place where they are derogatory towards the Hispanic community.
