Wonderful place to live..but typical for apartment living of course you will have inconsiderate neighbors. They could do a lot better with landscaping around the apartments to class it up a little bit and not give off the we don’t care vibe, as well as maintaining the hallways with litter and bugs. And more shaded areas for around the pond for fishing, like add more mature trees to the mix or some more benches with shade covers etc..Parking isn’t too bad as some of the other reviews say. Management is very nice and caring. Maint guys do their best with the man power they have. Cost of rent is fairly competitive. Mostly young couples and military families and college age singles. Fishing in the pond is great mostly perch and catfish catch and release.Updated review at Moveout 9/18/23Great overall apartment complex as I said previously typical apartment rental issues, biggest flaw at this place is paying for the valet trash service such a waste of 25$ every month, they hardly come and pick up your trash and with the slightest threat of rain or weather they cancel pickups. Overall like I said was a pleasure living here for 2 leases and cannot really complain about it much it’s a nice place to live especially if you follow the rules which is not hard to do. Stacy was a great manager as well enjoyed dealing with her whenever it had a issue of any kind. So thank you Landing apartments for being a nice chill place to live!

You can't verify me as a resident because I was an 'potential' resident who put down a $250 application fee.I applied for an apt at 'The Landing'.I requested and was promised one with a garage that my Suv could fit inside.I was referred to your sister apts HearthslandNeither of my vehicles could fit inside.I was promised a return of my application fee. Then given erroneous information on when it would be returned several times.Failure to timely return my app fee, impacted my financial ability to lease elsewhere.Needless to say, it was a mistake on my part to believe what I'd been told

Best place to live! The staff and community are welcoming and friendly. There are no issues and it’s close to everything, very convenient I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

My roommates and I loved living here for our first apartment experience, but since we knew little about how apartments worked and what need to be paid/done we had to find the info out for ourselves because the office staff usually didn’t get back to you ever or would seem like they would care too much. After physically going into the office multiple times, you would normally get your answer. But the apartment was a nice place to live and any problems we had were usually fixed within the week!

The management and facilities at The Landing are top notch! I never have to worry about anything because I know if I have a need it is taken care of right away. The manager is easy to talk to and always very kind and considerate! Thank you for all you do to make my life and experience the best it can be!

Great management. Always friendly, always answers the phone, answers my questions. I have been to many other complexes where the management is hard to get ahold of. This complex manager Stacy treats everyone fairly and she has a great staff. I have been very pleased. Great, clean facility and friendly management.

I love the layout of the apartment. (Lots of closet space and living room is very open!!!) The gym is full of equipment and super convenient. The pool had lots of chairs and tables for laying out and/or get togethers which is awesome!! Management team is very warm and always tries their best to accommodate needs and issues! Maintenance is amazing as well and have taken care of every issue I’ve had (very few). I recommend this complex to everyone I talk to!

The office staff is great- we especially love the management. The staff has always been very professional and take care of complaints right away. The maintenance staff is great and so nice. The parking lot and stairwells are very well lit. As far as the actual apartment, we LOVE it. I love the big spacious bathrooms and the large island in the kitchen! We love everything about living here!

This is a nicer, higher end complex with clean up to date apartments. I particularly like the stairwell, it is wide and there is a long one instead of the turn turn turn backs that most complexes have. It makes moving stuff in and out much better, even groceries are better to carry up these stairs. Staff seems cool and nice, haven’t had many issues, my bill seems to be right monthly. I have gotten pretty swole in the gym portion of the office… got to have a bday get together out at the pool this summer. Lots of fun… appreciate it!

I consider myself a tough person to please, but I have been delighted by this property. After touring numerous apartments all over town, we decided on The Landing for the many positives it offers.I’ve only spoken to the manager a few times, but she’s always been polite and wonderful. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at the The Landing, and look forward to the rest of our lease term.

Believe the reviews. I have been a resident since the complex opened and the current office staff is very rude. Instead of being greeted kindly, you will be greeted with rude and unprofessional stares. Even the way they answer the phone. They will not listen to your concerns and will not own up to their mistakes of charging fees that they cannot prove. If you move here, make sure to check your monthly statement because they will add all the fees they can and try to get away with it. ($25 just for vallet trash?!) They will add late fees to your statement, remove it, and then claim that you were late on your payment even though you were not. Which will ruin your rental history! All the while the manager will say that she removed the fee as a kind act, but on your statement it will clearly say “error”, but will also say it’s fair housing and that she can’t refund fees. Office hours are basically when they want to come to work. Amenities are rarely available. You can’t even get into the gym because the security keypad never works and they won’t fix it. If your wanting a pool that’s just for the apartment community, that won’t happen here. It’s basically a pool open for the whole Oklahoma City community. Storage and vehicle has been broken into. They claim the property has cameras, but are never available to view when needed ( for all the car break ins that happen). ? Bugs everywhere because they won’t pay to get the exterior of the property sprayed. The list of cons go on and on… find another place to rent. This place has gone downhill. shout out to the main maintenance guy though, at least he’s really good at his job!

This was by far the worse apartment that I have stayed at. Maintenance never took care of any of the issues within my unit. Management is horrible and tries to charge you for everything in the apartment without making sure that the issues you’ve put request in about have been handled. I had mild growing in my apartment and water leaks under sink for over a month. I had ants and bugs constantly getting in from the windows and doors because they were not properly sealed. I would not recommend living here at all.
