The only reason I put one star is because I had to. These apartments think everyone who lives here are crack heads. They agreed to work with me evicted me before Christmas no warning. After agreeing to wait 2 week to get my payment. I had no hot water until the day before court. Roaches falling off the wall. Then water leaking from the light for a year after trying to fix it 2 times incorrectly. If you call they will rig up stuff in the apartment. My apartments had mild. The windows would not open. Water is always being turned off. Maintenance cannot speak English or fix anything. My dishwasher has to be on to do the dishes they said. Carpet coming up from the stairs. The air does not work after coming to fix it. Now it is hot and no one can fix the air. I called new 4 in your corner no response. Along with 4 other people next to me. One apartment gets unclogged then they have to do the next apartment. Then a friend moved in at the same time. Their apartment is way worse. Roaches are so bad the come out the sink.

I currently live in The Apex apartment complex. It has been an absolute nightmare. From no AC for 6 weeks, to now my refrigerator has stopped working and yet no one has come to fix it or replace it. I got told to ask my neighbor if I can place my food in theirs until Monday, it's Saturday but I called them on Wednesday about this. My bedroom windows is sealed shut and was told if anything happens just break it out because it needs replaced and they are not going to do that. The way they speak to you when you call them about problems is completely unprofessional and just flat out rude. I don't know who to call about these things but if anyone has advice please let me know.

It's a decently good place, they all work with customers to try, my only issue here right now is I asked them to fix my door 3 months ago since the last person kicked it in and broke the frame, it only works if I deadbolt lock it which is scary considering how little it is staying on, I asked to fix my sink a few weeks ago and they fixed it before my door which was 3 MONTHS AGO, thats a lawsuit waiting to happen

This Apartment Complex Seemed Kind Over The Phone. But In Person They Changed The Rental Prices 3x And The Apartment Was Not Big Enough For A Queen Mattress In The 1 Bedroom. The Management Jammed The Lock Leaving The Unit. And Then When I Waiting For A Bus Across The Street The Roofing Was Messed Up Like Torn Up. Then They Rejected My Online Application Because I'm Disabled. What A Dump!!!

Used to be a resident of this overpriced, badly managed apartments for the last few months, I had encountered nothing but incompetent, rudness and bad management from this apartment complex. During my few months of residence had a fire there lost everything had to be moved to another unit and then a few weeks later water coming from the unit above me living in this apartment complex was like living in hell! The walls are thin and you could her everything in the unit above me I wouldn't recommend these apartment to anyone.

I work at The Salvation Army and we are always looking for good housing resources for the clients we serve. Everytime I have called Apex Apartments I get the best customer service. The staff is very friendly, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions you have. They always answer the phones. The property grounds were clean & the unit that was shown to my clients were nice. Thank you Apex!!!

i lived here when it was called “council pointe” apartments. tbh i’m just going through places i’ve lived and writing reviews because why not. this place sucked bad when i lived here about 3-4 years ago and looks by the reviews that it hasn’t improved at all. stay away from these apartments. save yourself the headache and live somewhere else!
