Hi all, if I could give these guys more stars, I would. Not only did I receive the most polite, kind & courteous customer service. But they made up for 2 previous (horrible) interactions at their sister locations.
I had originally gone to a Take5 in Odessa Tx on Andrews HWY. I got there at 7am, and close to 9:30 they told me "sorry we do not have the correct filter we can't do the oil change for you" & refunded me after they had already charged me. So, I drove from Texas to Oklahoma with no oil change.
Then I went to a Take5 in Moore Ok on Western, and after 2 hours there, they told me "we charged you for the Mobil 1 oil, and changed the oil, but we didn't change out your filter, go to one of our sister branches and they'll set you straight".. ??
So, for the past 10 days, I had not been able to make the time to go to a "sister" location. Until today, that is.
After I spoke to one of the guys and explained the situation, he quickly took this over to his manager, and they said they would make this right. They said if they did not have the correct filter, they would find me one. They apologized on behalf of the other 2 locations & re-did the whole oil change and replaced my filter at NO CHARGE!!! ?? Talk about taking ownership on behalf of a whole franchise!!!!!
I am glad I found this location, just when I was about to turn my back on Take 5 after 8 years of being a loyal customer. There are certain things you can't teach to employees, & everyone here semed to actually enjoy their job. They communicated the whole time with each other, and that was beautiful to see. Will definitely use them with this and all my other vehicles!!!

Came here for an oil change. The employees were nice and got the job done quickly. They also refilled the windshield cleaner which is the best. Already, my car is running so much better after coming here. Definitely, will be coming back for their quick services (but hopefully not any time too soon!!).

Kyle was great with my oil change, excellent service and leadership skills. The team themselves did wonderful very nice, no distractions everyone did their jobs. Had us in and out and recommendations were great, especially with my air filter to my ford bronco. Definitely recommend take5 on western in Moore !

The service at Take 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 was definitely 11. I pulled in and immediately had an oil tech in the pit under my car, one under the hood and one taking my info and offering me a bottle of water. I was in and gone in a matter of minutes. I am a forever customer!!!?

I come here all the time. Usually just to get my tires checked, change my oil, get my coolant topped off, or replace my wipers. Kyle, Keyonte, Nic, Leksei, Dylan, and Marissa are all wonderful. The wait times aren’t bad at all. I always have fun talking to the staff and they’ve never done me wrong here. Incredible work, incredible staff, incredible service. Thanks guys!
