they offer you a bottle of water when you pull up, get you in and out, seems to care. They did me a great service and said they got me a $10 discount. I didn't see it on my receipt so they promptly fixed it.

Service is nice but so slow. Staying in the car for 45 min just to even get in the bay then another 20 min for the oil change. Not sure what take 5 means surely not takes 5 min to get done...
