Bought an item from them, and it didn't work. I thought I was screwed, but they treated me right and gave me my money back. Glad to see a pawn shop stand behind their products! The 2 reps there were great.

Beware of electric items I purchased 3 electric items here and all 3 didn't work... They do not to refund or replace item BEWARE when u buy anything electrical here I highly don't recommend
