Extremely shady operations. No matter how well and direct your communication is with them, they're going to do what they want without communicating. Do NOT suggest doing business with them.

The owner has requested that I remove or edit my review. I imagine that this request has come in hopes of supporting a fake narrative to their favor. My husband posted a review expressing his discontent with our recent experiences with your company. I am only posting now bc my personal information has now been shared by the super sports owner profile. my husband had not given details nor did he provide publicly his full name or mine. Since the owner felt it was professional to attempt to publicly shame and intimidate us I am now posting my story. In April I was fully aware of my credit status, and yes it was definetly not acceptable for a loan. I knowingly went to a buy here pay here location so that I could obtain a reliable vehicle for my family. The companies policy is that they require proof of income and down-payment. Those were provided immediately. CASH infact. Pays tubs bank statements drivers license social security cards and full coverage insurance were promptly given to Super sports without an issue. The vehicle is a good vehicle they provided a reliable automobile at a fair price. The interest was normal for a buy here pay here location. I am a person who takes pride in taking responsibility. Anytime there was any concern that there might be an issue with a payment I contacted super sports to discuss options. Despite communicating any potential struggle they always received their payment especially since they are on autodraft. So no, super sports has never had an issue getting a payment from me on time. Anytime I called to discuss a possible financial issue which was always before the payments were due there was nothing coukd do. I was told on one occasion that I couldn't make payments monthly that they had to be biweekly but that they could work with me a push a payment back a couple of days like 2 or 3. I chose not to do that and the payment was drafted as always. With the most recent issue, especially now knowing how tied their hand were, I requested that the most recent payment be pushed back 6 days because I would be able to pay the principal balance in full on the Friday following my Saturday payment. It was at this point that my calls were being passed back and forth between two different ladies and both continued to give mw conflicting information. The final communication I received was that they would not run my payment. I ended up receiving another call near the end of supersports work day that I was unable to answer. I called back as soon as I could but no one answered. I checked my voicemail and email to see if I had received any information or correspondence from them regarding the reason for the call. There was nothing. Saturday morning the payment came out despite the last thing told to me was that it would not be taken out. I waited till super sports opened and called regarding the manner. I was then informed that they have never been able to push a payment back. My understanding of interest and finances gives me the perception that they are more concerned with getting as much as possible out of you. It felt as if they were dissatisfied with me when I let them know I would be paying it off. I assume it was because they would no longer be able to collect interest off of me... this story is continued in the photos below.

The dealerships crooked do not go there they get your drivers license number and I didn’t even test drive the vehicle and then after that they’ll go and put SiriusXM in your name on a trial. Which ididntgive him permission to do and they’re shady as can be. and then you go up there and tell them about it and then they deny itand they got proof they put two trucks in my name under SiriusXM, which, if I didn’t get the paperwork in the mail about them doing it I would’ve never knew and so as I’m sitting in my vehicle waiting for the officer to show up, he comes out videos me seating inmy vehicle. Take a video of my license plate and then he was video me why I was seating in my car and I told him I said you stole my identity and he said you’re on private property I can do whatever I want so be very careful ofthem. They’re shady as can be and I don’t know what else they’re using my drivers license for. they sit there and lie to your face when I had proof and took it up there and they still denied it so I would not advise you to do any business with them because they are shady
