A girl I was working with was parked in front of a business. She didn't realize that her car's back tires were barely in the fire lane. This company drives around scouting people all the time and this one I personally feel is not appropriate. They are keeping her car and are charging her $365.40 FOR THIS. Again she was barely in the fire lane. They were unprofessional and charge so much money. It's even more messed up during the pandemic they are charging people tremendous amounts for honestly the dumbest reasons. It would be different if she was fully in it but that is just so expensive

Super Motors initiated Title 42 proceedings in order to try to take legal ownership of the vehicle 2 days after the tow. They then charge the customer $156 when the vehicle is picked up. This is a loophole exploited by unscrupulous operators. Beware!! 11-mile tow and 15 days storage was $797.85.

Stop ripping off your customers with Title 42 fees while you try to take legal ownershiop of their vehicle without their knowledge. This is why some wrecker companies cannot be trusted.

Please do not use this company- they had no respect for a vehicle that they towed, towed a truck and trailer that was damaged together- didn't care at all that he had to leave parts all over the road as he destroyed the bed pulling it to his impound lot- we have 4 witnesses saying they watched him do it- his response when I complained was “well it was going to happen when I turn itâ€- no, you unhook it and tow them separately.
