They didn't fix my truck right drove 80 miles. My truck red stop light came right back on. They didn't want me to stand outside to watch them work on my truck. Two days later my truck finally made it to Joplin,Mo where it's at the Rush International dealership for the problem the did not fix.

I needed a windshield replaced but HOLT is closed on weekends. They brought in a outside company HOLT hires and they said they could do it on a Saturday. The guy working in service came in on his own personal time to open the shop to get me back on the road. I will definitely be bringing my business here whenever I'm around the area.

Brand new bumper at freightliner $490 without tax
Jacob held my truck hostage and extorted me after 15min no invoice or any work done they won’t let you go not sure if that’s legal but nowadays it may be 🤷🏻♂️. If your a truck driver I sudggest y’all avoid these folks god bless and good luck 🙏

Very good dealership! Very good repair! I visited many truck shops with a regen problem. Everywhere mechanics started regen manually on my truck and deleted codes. But at this place, guys found a problem in the ECM-module and fixed it!
If you are here, try to meet the manager, Matt! He is very friendly, very attentive to your problem and very good contacting you!
I spent two days here to fix my truck issues, and I'm very satisfied with the result!

I went here to get a sensor changed.Checked in friday and was told they don’t have a night time mechanic or weekend mechanic.Came back at 7:00 on Monday and informed them I only needed a tire sensor.I didn’t get my truck back till Tuesday at closing time.They weren’t rude at all but they were just easing along.No noise in the shop.Everything clean. Everyone just seemed to be easing along waiting on closing time.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that looks at time as money.When i finally got word that I could pick up the truck I was advised that during the process the other tire sensor went out! Ohhh and there drop lot for your trailer is around the corner in a dirt and potholed alley with no fence.

Delivering a 2025 truck to this vendor’s service department was a great experience. They are professional and not letting any grass grow beneath their feet. Each bay was full and work was being done on a variety of commercial vehicles. 👍🏽

We tried out this company for a recent activity bus purchase. Thus far everyone we have communicated with in the company is helpful and professional. Chris in sales is just good people. After the new bus deliver we ran into a couple things that needed corrected, which were promptly fixed with good service by Chris and his manager. After a few months the bus had an issue which needed immediate attention. Mark in service was very accommodating and understood the urgency getting this vehicle back in service. The vehicle was repaired and ready to pick up the next day. We had a great explanation of what caused the issue and how it was repaired. I'm sure we will run into other maintenance issues and I'm very satisfied with using this company and plan on continuing to for service.
