I'm a regular customer I've always had good service until I came in yesterday... the worker adrianna and the other worker brittany was rude ,& unprofessional they were both in front of customers talking loud and cursing. My order was never taken so I left ... so unprofessional ... I will not be coming back to this

Such a Nice Subway . All stocked up with FRESH EVERYTHING!!! ALL.. the meats, veggies and Even EVERY shelf on the FRESH COOKIES!!YOU CAN SMELL THE FRESHNESS. This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to, the girl's that work there ate super rude and don't have any cutomer service, the manager is above and beyond rude, I would suggest if you want subway go to any one of them but DONT GO TO THIS ONE, ITS DIRTY AND THE SATFF SUCK.

This sucks! I made an order for delivery they have the audacity to ask for a tip before the order is placed and then you get a ripped bag and missing items. You call ask for the refund or the item and they don’t answer the phone.

The meat was slightly burnt on the edges. Then I pulled up to drive-through to pick up my mobile order. The woman opens the window. She just looks at me doesn’t say hi how you doing nothing I let her know I’m there for my mobile order she goes and gets it opens the window, hands it to me and closes the window. She never says thank you have a good day. Had a mad look on her face like she just did not wanna be there never even heard the ladies voice she never said one word to me Customer services everything in a business and that was not customer service. Getting treated like that makes you not even want to eat the food because you’re worried about how she prepped it at this point

I placed my order through the app but my order was not ready for pick-up the workers we're not in the front being attentive to customers that came in had the music playing extremely loud and no one answered the phone when I tried to call to let someone know I was there to pick up my order. Very poor customer service. If workers can not be attentive to customers they may need to find another place to work so they do not have to deal with customers. I even gave a10% tip to be courteous but now I regret giving anything for that unacceptable customer service. The sandwich was put together very sloppy and the bread was hard. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

made an online lunch order for our office staff. the girl behind the counter didn't say a word to me, she just tossed the bag of 4 sandwiches across the counter at me. Upon opening our order back at the office we discovered that every sandwich except for one was prepared wrong. We sent an employee back to try and have our orders corrected but the employee refused to make them right, except for one. She also refused a refund and told our co-worker that refunds have to be processed online. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told that there isn't one at the store. (10 minutes later we called the store and we were told by the same subway employee that she WAS in fact the manager, which I'm sure is a lie). In the end they remade a single one of our sandwiches, after making us wait over 15 minutes and we received no refund or resolution

There were two unprofessional workers who completely decided not to do there job on this day we ordered five subs and they were all totally incorrect. And I was at work but decided to let a co worker pick up and they had attitudes for nothing and threw the sandwiches at her. Once she made it back to work we all noticed a lot of things were completely wrong with our sandwiches so once I seen that I had to leave work and go get the correction made once I got there they continued to have an attitude and was very unprofessional. If you go here buyer beware

A rude worker named Sonya is very rude and she is also rude to her coworkers! The attitude is too much at her old age! Every time I come up there she is either smoking out back or on her phone constantly while her coworkers are doing everything! Other than her all the other workers are sweet and nice!
