This was my first year having someone else do my taxes (I usually use TurboTax but am starting a farm soon). The lady insisted that I have my husband’s name first on everything despite the fact that I have always done the taxes and currently have the steady income. She asked few questions and the whole process took about 20 minutes from start to finish. I was confused by it all but figured she just knew what she was doing. Then I started getting letters from the state saying I owed state taxes. My husband tried calling, but apparently the lady wasn’t in the office so she’d call him back. After two weeks, she didn’t do this. My husband went down to their office to talk to her face to face, but she wasn’t there and they didn’t know when she would be. After receiving the third letter from the state with all the penalties now listed, we just decided to talk to the state ourselves. Turns out she had put the wrong year on our return so all we had to do was submit some paperwork to get this fixed. We still haven’t received a call from Stockton to follow up, and we don’t expect to. We will never use them again.

I really wanted to like this place as the staff is very nice and easy to talk to. I’ve gone here for two years in a row as my husband has gone here and have had no issues but the past two years we have had to wait MONTHS for my return because it was entered incorrectly by the CPA. I provided all the papers as necessary and she was not thorough. I am very upset as yet again, I’m waiting to amend it for the second time.

Investing in bitcoin mining through this humble man called MR KEVIN MCCARTHYCRYPTO guidances was the best choice I have made. The best part was that I didn't have to send my investments and bitcoins to him or anyone because I have been scammed several times by sending my bitcoin to several fake sites & managers.

Its impossible to get in touch with anyone here. I've sat on hold for 20+ minutes to schedule an appointment and have yet to get it scheduled so I guess ill go somewhere who is better staffed to handle customers. I had similar issues last year but stuck with them despite the laughable hold times IF there was any answer on the phone at all. There is a reason small businesses like this go under now days.

JOAAN made simple mistake on our child birth date. Child credit wasn't file correctly. We had to amended that year with another tax person. Because of that mistake, now we were short on stimulus check for $500 that have to wait to correct till next year. Thanks for the mess after we paid you $125.

I felt they put no time into our paperwork. Tried telling us we should only get 500 dollars return. We pushed it should be higher. Long story short, they got us 2200 dollars back. IRS contacted us and suggested we should get a second opinion...we had tax credits not claimed. We found another location and got another 3200 dollars back... this company shorted our return by 3200 dollars and the IRS contacted us to finish our filings... something is wrong with them... I wish I didn't have to give 1 ?...We Amended our return... I also got a 41,000 dollar tax credit for the loss on the sell of my house...they had no credit coming back to me here.. I almost lost 41,000 dollar tax credit...thanks for nothing JoAnn...they are lazy...
