If in fact your making so many changes why are the residents vehicles /property continously daily being stolen or broken into.. It appears your focused is on things that makes no sense to worry about. ( Like allowing your maintenance crew to walk around in the residents homes invading their privacy) .Instead of the safety of the residents. I've called your office several times and have not gotten a response from you. My next step will be the news station.

$2,000 a month for an apartment hahahahaha. I’m from Colorado and that’s the pricing they have there. For 2k you could have an actual house. Who in there right mind would waste 2k a month on an apartment

We’ve lived at Steelyard for a few months now and absolutely love it. It was so clean when we moved in. The facilities are kept up so nicely. The staff here is phenomenal. They make you feel like they know you personally and are always happy to see us around the community. They are also always hosting something fun every month. My favorite part is how safe it feels. The buildings and parking garage are very secure yet easily accessible for residents.

So far I have had a very nice experience living here. The complex is in a great location for being able to walk to many events and activities. The front office staff are very welcoming and accommodating. There is a variety of people with different backgrounds and interests living in the complex so making friends is easy. Plus the complex puts on many community events for residents. Also, I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have yet to clog one of the toilets, and that’s not nothing.

Wonderful place to live! We have been living here for a few months now and have had a very positive experience. The amenities are fantastic and we love our cozy apartment. 10/10 would recommend leasing here!

Great apartment and great staff. I love all the emenities it has to offer, the pool is amazing. Management responds very quickly with any issues and they are very professional as is the maintenance staff, they resolve issues in a timely manner. I love how they put on fun group events, it's a great opportunity to meet the neighbors.

WOW!!!!! I recently visited Steelyard as I am looking to relocate to the downtown OKC area and was very impressed with the community. All the amenities are state of the art, the whole place is luxury! Staci provided a memorable experience. She was really helpful, gave great information on the community and made me feel I was where I needed to be. I can definitely see myself making Steelyard HOME. Highly recommend!

I recently moved from Florida and I couldn’t be happier with this place. The location is amazing and the staff is so nice! The apartments are well kept and communication between tenants and landlords is efficient. If you’re looking for a place to live in Oklahoma and you like being in the middle of everything, this is the place for you!

I was searching for a place to live after my siblings and I decided to sell our parents home. I wanted a place that was in an area surrounded by things that were walking distant. I was driving around the downtown deep deuce bricktown area. I came across an area at Sheridan and Lincoln. The area was under construction with hotels, an event center and an apartment complex. That was back in 2018! I decided that was the place for me. Steelyard was the name of the apartments. There was only one building and the floor plan I wanted was being built in the second building. It was worth the wait. I made the move in Jan 2019. I have never looked back. This place is great. The staff is spot on. The location is the greatest. If you like walking this is the place to be. Eating and entertainment are all over the place. Parks are well within walking distance! Moving is not an option in my plans for the foreseeable future! To a great staff keep up the great work!

I’ve been at Steelyard for 9 months now and I love it! I feel safe and welcomed. The management is friendly and quick to respond to everything. The maintenance team is unparalleled and they always say hello when I see them. My 80 pound dog loves all the spots to walk and sniff! Even though I live next to a courtyard and the pool, it’s remarkably quiet in here, which I didn’t even get in the suburbs. The staff is always so helpful when I’m out of town, hanging on to packages for me and even popping in to check on the place and turn the heat on when it got below freezing. I’ve never been a resident at a better place!

Great apartment building with very friendly staff and workers. They put on lots of great events, activities, and giveaways. The apartment themselves are very nice and modern. Location is pretty great if you like being close to lots of restaurants and bars. Has definitely been the best place I’ve lived at so far.

Lived here for 2 years. I dont have many complaints. Its downtown, so you are within walking distance of everything in Bricktown and you are right by a music venue, a comdey club, and several bars and clubs or restaurants if that is something you like to do. It can be a little loud, a fan or white noise flitter does help. Its cheaper than downtown rents in Seattle, but still a little pricey for OKC. Basically if you don't want to live downtown not the place for you, but if thats your jam and can afford it. Give it a try. I've met a lot of great people here at the pool and over the years.

I have really enjoyed living at steelyard, not only for the amenities but the people. The other residents and the staff have easily become friends, it's a wonderful little community. And big bonus it's a very dog friendly apartment! My pup can come with me everywhere (minus the pool!).

I lived here for two years. The first year went pretty well without any major problems, but the second year we had major security issues that the complex never addressed. Two times we had a random man wander in through a broken gate (that wasn't fixed after these issues), climb up the stairs, and sleep in front of our door. It happened once for several days and the complex did nothing about it. And then it happened again before we moved out, but even after addressing the fact that the gate was broken, it wasn't fixed as far as we know and we moved out in August. Because of this we decided last minute to move out. We failed to give notice by 2 days and were charged for it even though we had complained that it was because of safety reasons they never handled. I wouldn't recommend living here and we also did not receive any kind of compensation or reassurance that they would do anything to solve this problem.
