We asked for an executive, which includes a wash, wax, paint correction, shampoo carpet/headliner/seats, wipe down & vacuum interior etc. The works. I wanted both of our cars looking brand new. Clean carpet, clean headliners, clean seats, clean everything. I go to inspect my car after it's "done" and I'm told he was given instructions to do a signature with extras. That's not what I asked for. I didn't get any of the stuff that was actually important. I can pay my teenagers to wash/vac/wipe my car for a lot less than I spent that day. I was also told his next appointment was at noon,...how that's even possible with the service we were "supposed" to get, is totally absurd. Which makes the employee rush through my vehicles to get to his next job. Not good business practice in my opinion. We ended up having to go somewhere else to have our vehicles detailed correctly. I asked for a refund on my husbands truck, and was told multiple times on multiple days they would send my money back. But never did. Pics of texts attached.

I couldn't say anything negative about this business. Johnny on the spot mobile wash is always on time very professional and has a great prices. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

A great company. They came out the night before Thanksgiving and worked on my parents RV. They did a really great job. The work was efficient and thorough. They even went above and beyond to help us put out a small yard fire (unrelated) without question. So thankful they were around. Even more thankful they did such a great job on the camper. If you need you vehicle cleaned professionally and you need it done right the first time, call em up!

My husband for my birthday had my Tahoe detailed by them today and it looks awesome! Thank you so much! I would recommend them for anyone who wants their vehicle done. You definitely won't be disappointed!!
