My computer died on Monday; Andy saved the data and installed a new hard drive and upgraded RAM. It's Wednesday afternoon, and I'm using my (once dead) computer to write this review. Many others would have given up. Andy likes a challenge. I am grateful. He is a real computer expert.

Andy is great! My laptop hardrive was out of date which was causing so many issues but he got it figured out and even let me know how he could help in the future! Great service and reasonable pricing!

I feel as though I've been walking through the desert, and Hugo of Startek Pc offered me water.He is insanely knowledgeable of all types of systems from the 70s to the newer stuff. He prices items fairly and charges fairly for other stuff.I will return here soon, thirsty for more.

Great work from a great guy! Andy was friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I had a pre-built PC that was having cooling issues and wasn't comfortable replacing the CPU cooler. I brought in a new one I bought online, and Andy replaced it no problem. Temps went from averaging a little over 70*(while gaming) to around 45-50*! So glad I chose StarTek!

I brought my laptop in Monday, 7/24/23. I was in town on business and needed my computer cracked screen fixed quickly. Andy assured me he was do his best. I dropped off my computer the 24th and it was ready the afternoon Tuesday, the 25th. Andy was so professional and kind. You can tell he really cares about doing the best job for his customers. I cannot sing his praises enough. Great price and speedy service. Walk, don't run, to Andy for all your computer needs.

The owner was super nice and helped me with my computer problems right away, it's a locally owned business that has been in business since 1989. I couldn't recommend this shop more!
