Had to atleast give them a rating of one . I don’t believe they even deserve a point . The UPS customer service at this location is pathetic… Absolutely the worst service that I have ever experienced…! Will not ever go back to this location ever …!

I absolutely love shopping in this store! Employees are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! The store is well stocked and no long lines and waiting only to be disappointed because they don’t have the item/items I need! I highly recommend.

Not very happy.
When we placed the order, we paid for the express print in order to have it in time.
Upon arrival, I was not greeted as the associates were chattering in the back. Once I was met, I provided my name and was informed that the order hadn’t even been printed yet. Even after paying for the expedited option to have it by noon.

My husband and I were at this store today and had in an interaction with Raisa at the TSA pre-check. Raisa was rude, short with both of us. She was unapproachable and was visibly put out by our presence. Didn’t bother to explain the process or even talk to us. We felt disrespected by her bad attitude and will not go back.

The guy at the register was very helpful. He was friendly and approachable where as the female handling TSA pre checks was seemed to have an issue even being friendly and approachable while doing her job. I even asked her very clearly if she hated her job because she had no personality for customer service. They should look into getting someone else in that area because it gives staples as a hole on 240 a bad reputation. I would've reported it to the manager, but he was helping someone over in the copy section.

But for the past 4 years, I have been working with a lady named Lucy she is at the store off l-240 on service road Oklahoma city Oklahoma. She is a very hard-working lady, very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Each time, I ordered any custom order. She always makes sure that everything turns out perfectly, just like the way I ordered. I am very pleased with her customer service. And with professionalism and also her attitude towards her customers. I will continue to shop at Staples, and also, I will be glad to recommend her to all my friends and family to Staples Store on l-240 Service Road Oklahoma City Oklahoma because of lucy.

We used this location just now to do Amazon returns, and Alvin was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, personable, and helpful. He went out of his way to help remedy an issue with our packaging, and told us how to proceed in the future. Very impressed with his customer service

Have Roku devices on shelves for sale but they are empty boxes an when we tryed to buy one told me they can order one an I said then take the boxes off the shelf. An was told then are shelves would be empty an look like we don't have anything in our store then put out of stock an they said their not we can have it ship to your house so their not out of stock just online only one who has them.Very rude management on how they talk to customers an lower employees when "they said what your Walkie-talkies, not on? I was saying it's something you didn't ever answer me. You need to answering next time I say something understand me.
