This is the hospital we always go to when need, The dr nurses staff everyone was so nice and took time to find answers didn't rush us in and out couldn't be happier about the outcome they done blood work, ekg,pee test, x-ray,iv cause he was alittle dehydrated then a CT scan with contrast went completely over everything. They also done a covid test and he ended up positive with it so they started him on covid meds so glad i got him in as soon as I did.. Thank you all those that work at this hospital ?❤️

Outpatient labs check in area, young women at the check in desk was short and rude, completely uncalled for!!! Treated some pleasantly others not so nice, perhaps SSM needs to provide a sense tolerance class for her!!!

I went here for a CT scan and x-rays. There was virtually no waiting. Everyone was so kind and helpful. When you're in pain it helps to know someone cares. Royce and Laura were great! I really appreciate it! Thank you!

TL: DR below.My husband needed to meet with a PCP regarding the shingles infectionhe's dealing. Urgent care already prescribed medication, but it's hurting his eye, to the point of swelling and painful headaches.Dr. Olufuwote, thankfully, had a cancelation on today, Tuesday, Dec 12, 2023. We just switched our PCP to this location ajs wanted to establish care. I picked up the paperwork early, and he filled it out before the appointment.He got there early, paperwork already done, and still didn't get seen until 30 min after the appointment.The shingles infection is very visible, especially in his eye, but Dr. Olufuwote did not address this at all. She only wanted to talk about his blood pressure, which is not a pressing issue right now. His eye is almost swollen shut and this isn't an issue to you right now?He hasn't been able to work due to the pain and swelling. Why are we talking about something that is already managed?In addition, Dr. Olufuwote did not respect the fact that we are ATHEIST, something I specifically made sure was on the paperwork. He also told her during the appointment. We've had such ridiculous healthcare experiences because of providers who disrupt our care with efforts to evangelize and pray over us. Like doctors, including pediatricians have done this!We enter a medical setting for healthcare, not prayer and a desire to be converted.Please believe we are tired of this happening across healthcare institutions and are looking for legal guidance regarding our civil rights.TL:DRHusband has visible shingles that are getting worse in his eye. He saw Dr. Olufuwote about and to establish care with new PCP. Instead, he got an earful from her about High blood pressure (already taking meds) and Christianity (we are ATHEIST, as indicated on paperwork he submitted). Did not address acute medical issue at all!

I brought my 4 year old here last night, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind to her from the moment we walked into the door. We didn’t have to wait around forever, and we left with answers.

Not impressed at all compared to the Lee office. I came today with my best friend who chipped her shoulder bone on a fall. Her appointment was at 10:20 am, we are now almost an hour past her appointment time and all they can say at the desk is the doctor is running behind 15 minutes. It's been done past 15 minutes. No apology, no I'm sorry for the inconvenience. But if a patient is late 15 minutes you basically get banned from coming again and still get charged an office visit fee. What ever happened to the courtesy of maintaining appointments on time? People have better things to do to wait an hour or more past their appointment time. Y'all need to step up. Y'all need to tell patients that you're sorry and will do your best to get to them and in and out in a timely manor. That's bad business and makes people not want to come. Boss up and take the responsibilities and tell patients there's a long wait instead of just sitting here wondering when they'll see the doctor. I'd give zero stars if I could. No wonder y'all have a low rating. That's bad service.

Dr. Swygert is such a great Physician If you need a Primary care physician. Dr.Swygert is the best, caring Dr. You will never want another Dr. She's is the most sweetest, concerned, and truly cares about each and every patient. I love her as my Dr. And am thankful for her. She's a little living doll too. Her staff are great also. They are all very sweet and pleasant to be around.

We had some good nurses the previous day but where treated like criminals by Ryan the security guard and nurse Kayla
Nurse Kayla was rude and told us to get out, then told not one but 2 guards to escort us out all the way out the emergency doors but we had been very quite and respectful so we could see grandma for a minute while she waited on a ambulance

Wait oh here wait some more oh you have something you need to to wait some more.. nobody needs to go to work, school or anything else come wait.. ahh true help waiting for the next chess piece of waiting. Just schedule a doc visit you might actually get seen...things available x-ray and ct scan. They are very limited on methods to help you. Yet the nurses play games on their phones while you get to wait. It's honestly a low in urgent care clinic!
