Immensely unprofessional and dangerous. My fiancé had a disappointing experience with Colleen during a previous haircut and did not leave her a satisfactory review due to her taking a chunk out of his hair and ear while she was visiting with the other stylists. However, he decided to give her another chance but this go around she intentionally dug the clippers into his neck several times leaving marks on his neck. When he told her she was hurting him, she made a snarky comment about how he gave her a poor review the last time. Unbelievably disappointing.

Bad experience. People in store is just playing and talking loud.
This place is very unprofessional.
Then when it comes to getting a cut, they cut like they just got out of school.

Waited 1 hour. It said on deck for most of it. 2 associates working 4 running around eating. Got up and left then got a text said i cancelled my appointment.

Artazia was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Very accommodating and knew exactly what she was doing with my list of requests. She even trimmed up my beard and did an amazing job!! I don't let anyone touch my beard but she was on point!! Highly recommend but not when I'm waiting in line

Horrible staff. I got there on time, waited 30 minutes, already more than what the app said. I waited and waited till the approximate wait time came down to 4 minutes. Then it stayed at 4 minutes for 30 minutes. Know why? All because Carrie decided it was a good idea to talk nonstop instead of actually give the current customers haircut. I got up and left. Never had a more terrible experience. I’m going to talk to corporate, this isn’t acceptable. She stared at me multiple times knowing I was waiting, and did absolutely nothing. No self-awareness, no shame, just kept talking.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO CHOOSE YOUR HAIRCUT FOR YOU. I asked for non of the top and a taper fade she cut down 4 inches of my hair no fade just bald all around other then the top of my head and no taper either. Never again!..!
