This girl must have just been out of school some places my hair is a half an inch on top and other places 2 in did not fade it and kept asking me what I think what I think and then had to get another girl come in there I just walked out and I have the worst haircut of my life I look like Jack Nicholson in The Shining

They definitely listen to your input on how you want your hair. The place is nice, and it's been a satisfaction with every haircut I've gotten thus far. The longest I've waited for a haircut was 30 minutes, but that was during a busy time of the day. Other than that, on average, it is a 10 minute wait.

Wait time 31 minutes...Wait time 10 minutes...Oh more online people now my Wait times back in the 30s again? So I guess online people are prioritized?Guess sports clips turning into fast food care more about online than you being there.I don't care how good the haircut is or cheap definitely not worth waiting an hour.Update: 1 hour 15 minutes later it texted me saying they were ready. ? wow, let me go ahead and add there was at least 3 barbers and 3 customers when I walked in with me being the only heart beat in the lobby.

Been going to this place for 2 years but I went two days ago I was on the waiting list for 45 minutes and then when it said it was my turn all the hair people decided to go on lunch instead of taking turns taking lunch breaks they all win at one time I had to wait another hour I thought about finding somewhere else to go I didn't appreciate that at all and I was the only one in the room

Georgetta did a FANTASTIC job for my first time ever being to a sport clips. Very nice, friendly and clean service. Not only was the my haircut very clean, but the customer service was top notch. Not to long of a wait. I’ll be back again!

Beware of the stylist with short pink hair! This individual must be a real rookie, just out of school and really needs a remedial course. Asked for a trim around the sideburns, ears and back (letting my hair grow). One side was noticeably longer than the other, same with the sideburns and then charged me $20! I'm a little confused at how this location is in business. I've been in several times and most of the early experiences were good. The last couple times have been very disappointing capped off by tonight. The policy goes as follows: you check in through the app, check in at the store once you arrive, then get a haircut. I log into the app and there is no wait, and they close in 30 min. Sweet. I'll head there. I arrive 20 till close, yes it's close to close but the sighn says 7 so im good. I pull up and the lights are dim but I see a family walk in right before me. I'm walking up to the door only to have the cashier walk over and lock it right in front of me. She then walks off like I wasn't about to open the door. I look up at the screen and there are no names on the check in board other than mine. So that means the family that came before me was a walk in. I was told previously that I HAD to check in on the app first. Seems odd. I wait for the cashier to see me again. She does, and immediately has an attitude. She walks over, opens the door and before I can explain that i am(the only one)on their check in board and there before close, she proceeds to tell me that they just accepted the last cut for the day. I said "that's me on deck and next in line." She then throws the door open and starts walking into the building with her attitude. She didnt say come in or anything. No "let me check for you." Nothing. I'm sorry, but that's terrible Customer service. I just left. Why should I have my hair cut by someone with such a poor attitude. Not gonna risk a terrible haircut to match her attitude. Probably won't be back, I have had good experiences, but that's what you expect from a paid for service. Not an attitude for giving your business.
