this place is horrible. do not live here. They do not do maintence, they do not spray for bugs. You will end up with feces all over your floor and unable to use any of the appliances.

Wanted to check out these apartments about a month ago emailed back and forth about when to visit I got there nobody was in the office the door was locked nobody was answering telephone calls or emails if I could give 0 stars I would especially for wasting my time

Worst management by far. Everything breaks down and when you put in a work order they delete it and it takes weeks to get anything just looked at. They're never in the office nor do they ever show up at work and rarely answer the phone when they are. Emergency maintenance is ignored. Manager said herself that she doesnt listen to them. Office staff is supposed to be on site Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's but will completely no show and doesn't update you about anything unless they want to give you a 5 day notice because you withheld rent because of tenants rights. Even them they will add fees to your rent bill.

Absolutely the worst management company to deal with. I've put in several work orders trying to get my stove fixed and smoke detectors installed since may 27th. The toilet has been broke for weeks the hot water only works part of the time the cockroach infestation is extremely high and disgusting. The people living in the building next to mine are drug dealing and using as well as partying at all times of the night until the police are called. These people seem to be only renting to drug dealers and users and refuse to do any maintenance at all on the property. Worst place I've ever had to live including worse than living in my car.
