We’ve always cut my kids hair at snipits and have never had any issues until now. On Thursday Feb 22, I booked an appointment for my kid. I called before had asking if there was someone who could do a fade. The lady was answered the call said yes. After I drove there, which took me over 20 minutes due to traffic, this lady tells me there is no one that can do a fade totally wasting my time. I scheduled a new appointment on Saturday Feb 24. And that’s when we got Brylee who has absolutely no idea what she’s doing. I told her my kid is getting a fade. Zero on the sides that should ease into a one on top. First of all, she didn’t even give him a fade. It’s okay if she doesn’t know how to cut an African American’s hair. She should’ve just said so. Secondly, when she told me she was done, my kids hair was no where near leveled. There were visible patches all over his head. I had to point it out and even so, she barely fixed it. She is definitely incompetent and doesn’t know what she’s doing. I also noticed a cut at the back of my son’s neck, and when I called it out, she said she didn’t do it. Which was a complete lie. This cut was so fresh and you could clearly see that it was from the machine. Mind you kid had no cuts on him before this appointment. Finally, she didn’t even clean the hair off my son’s face, neck and shirt. I literally asked for a towel to do it myself. And she just stood there watching. After such a horrible service, the receptionist some old white lady asked me if I’d like to leave a tip which I said no. Only for her to ask me out loud again that “so you don’t want to leave a tip for Brylee?” I don’t know what she was hoping to get out of saying it out loud as if that was going to change my mind. I’m giving a one star only because I can’t give a zero.

Awesome place to get your young ones hair cut. Quick and easy. Employees care and are very personable. We live a bit away from here but we make the trip due to great staff and great haircuts for the kids.

Brylee was amazing with our little boy! It was his first time with clippers and she made sure he was acclimated before going right in. She was very attentive and made sure our vision is what we got!

My nephew is on the spectrum and getting a haircut is typically a troublesome experience. Brylee was very quick, efficient, and demonstrated the highest of professionalism while my nephew was constantly moving and crying. She was able to somewhat calm him through her very soft and caring words, telling him how brave he is and how well he is doing. I would rate my experience higher than 5 stars if possible. We will definitely be back!

I’d like to give this a good review but the last time I went in last wasn’t a good one. The lady did a bad job on my sons hair and didn’t even finish it really. And she berated us on the fact that if we just brought our son in more he wouldn’t be so scared of getting his hair cut. Well, sorry we’re poor most of the time and can only afford haircut once in a while, along with our own haircuts. I’ll be looking elsewhere now.

I'm torn on what to rate this place because my son's haircut turned out wonderful and the woman who cut his hair was so nice. But it was NOT clean and we won't be returning. When his stylist started using her clippers on his head I noticed big tufts of dark black hair falling all around and on my son's cape (and face). I was horrified when I looked closer at her clippers and noticed they were stuffed with TONS of dark hair (my son is blond).She finished with that guard and changed it out to a longer one for the top of his head and I saw into her drawer and it was FILLED with hair, and all of the clippers in there were also filled with hair. There was zero cleaning and she was fine watching big patches of someone's else's hair fall all over and around him.When she finally took the guards off for precision work around his ears she grabbed an old toothbrush from the drawer, also covered in other people's hair, and ran it over the clippers before using them on him. There was one of those jars filled with the sanitizing liquid and some hair tools sitting right on top of her station, but it seems like those were just for show. Everything she actually used on my son was beyond filthy. So much so that my son even noticed and asked where that hair came from because his was "yellow" as he called it.Like I said, they were extremely nice and she did a wonderful job, better at any other place that we've tried. But I don't think we'll be returning due to the cleanliness of the tools used.

Our son loves getting his hair cut here! We started with Miss Lisa and she was amazing! When she left we started using Miss Marva and we couldn't be happier! She is patient, kind, caring, and our son loves her! ❤️

This place is wonderful! Cheryl was the best stylist for my young son. Definitely an expert on helping children enjoy the process, especially those with special needs. He was nervous at first, (he has never liked hair cuts, brushing his hair, etc.) and by the end of the appointment, he loved his new look and he can’t wait to come back!Service: Haircut
