I’ve been coming here since June and have easily spent over $1000 here on elf bars since then. I’ve only ever had two issues - one unit that was pulling on its own that they gave me a hard time about replacing but nonetheless they replaced. This time I was sold a unit that wouldn’t take a charge and the shop keep refused to do anything about it. This shop doesn’t care about retaining loyal customers. I’m a regular who comes in every week but they treated me like I was trying to scam them out of a vape. I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere that cares about having a good rapport with its customers.

Over priced selling lookah tips for 12.99 each tip when the box is 29.99 online.I'd understand 5 each plus tax but 12.99 each tip I'll just wait the week for it to deliver for that price I'll just order the expensive ones I want everyone to know it's cheaper online.

I'm one of those people that if something can go wrong....it will, and I had been having one of those days. Lucky for me I happens it to the store on that day! The selection is incredible, the price range is from the simple to extravagant, even if you know more about smoking and vape supplies than the cloud of smoke. They impressed me the most was the friendly and curiously helpful with my inexperienced questions wich were answered in simple, understandable terms. If your done with the cigarettes and so-called disposable vapes...I strongly suggest stopping by. Even if just curious!
