Brian was the most rude arrogant ignorant human I've ever met, went to buy a new suburban and tried to scam me with all sorts of addons! When I declined them he started becoming very ignorant and said I can't afford the suburban if I can't afford 2000 in addons. I explained to him it was principle, I can afford the truck 5x and pay for them all cash, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! I will be leaving reviews and opening a BBB case. Customers should not feel this way when spending almost $80k

Picked up my new truck last night and the experience could not have gone better. They shot me straight over the phone and honored the quote during my visit. My out the door price was even better after processing the discounts and trade in details. I was and out in less than an hour and the majority of the time was going over the features of my 2023 silverado ltz. There was a cosmetic issue with the steering wheel and they committed to ordering me a brand new wheel before I even examined the vehicle. My approach to any major purchase is to do your homework and have clear price and feature expectations going in. Classic was true to their word, and they under promised and over delivered.

Excellent experience!! Dorian and Lilly Jimenez are the new owners and have started a newer fresher way to do business as it is now a family owned business. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and very helpful in getting my family and I the vehicle we were looking for and making it my easiest buying experience ever! Don't waste your time going elsewhere go see AB over at Classic Chevrolet and tell him Scott sent you!! You won't regret it!!

We broke a window on a Chevy suburban. Called classic Chevrolet, (used to be a Smicklas) over the phone they told us it would be $179 to put a new one in (we provided glass). But they said we had to have it at the dealership by 8 o'clock on Monday morning. So we got our 1 year-old and 3 year-old out of bed, drove 30 minutes to get up there before 8 am, only to be informed that the price had changed to $389. They admitted they told us $179 but refused to honor the price they over the phone.

I tried to contact the General mgr at Smicklas Chevrolet and got no response to my email. Apparently a response on Yelp is done to try and look good.

I wish I could give a zero star rating. I have been trying to get ahold of finance for several days and still cannot get ahold of them. I've left voice mails and now they're just answering without saying anything and hanging up! THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Do not go here if you want a professional team that actually WANTS TO HELP YOU.

These people suck.I took my vehicle in to have a front camera replaced. It took about an hour and the labor invoice was $652.86.Four hours labor at $175 an hour. They did deduct $50 from a $700 invoice. Wow, was I impressed!The sad part is that they were proud of ripping me off.This is the second time I have been screwed over by Smicklas services. No mas. I will walk before going back there again.

I used to work at a different dealership in the service department. Smicklas by far has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Brought my truck in for a transmission flush and then started having issues. Brought it back and was told the transmission flush had nothing to do with the transmission now having problems when it previously had no issues. Anthony(Tony) was the least helpful person I've ever spoken to in the car world. Smicklas offers a financing program that I am familiar with from my previous service department, it was never even mentioned. The over all customer experience was horrible. I am NOT the type of person who leave's reviews but there is definitely a reason they have a 2.5 star review. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I would give them a lower star if available. Total bait and switch. Looked at a car on line, told them I would be there to test drive at 1:00. Arrived at 1:10, car was sold. Calling bullshit on this. Will never shop there or recommend to anyone I know. They should be ashamed! It would have been easy to call and say it was sold... but no, let's let someone drive and get there so they can try and pitch something else.Don't waste your time or $$$... not a reputable dealership in my opinion!

One of the more reliable, professionally managed parts departments in the OKC metro area. Knowledgeable staff is eager to help, in addition to selling parts. They don't try to pretend that they know everything, but they'll go above and beyond to try to find an answer toward a functional solution. Clean and well maintained. A shadow of what parts departments were a couple of decades ago, but most things are diminished in the new era, despite the evolutionary improvements. I definitely recommend. ??

After reading reviews, I decided to buy a truck from them. They even drove to my son's home to pick me up for a test drive. Their goal goes far beyond the sale, It's based on customer satisfaction at every step. From the sale to the service Dept, they take care of you, It's that simple. it's been many years since I've seen this kind of commitment from a dealership. My next truck purchase will be from the folks at Smicklas Chevrolet.
