“Store was very clean and all the merchandise was very well organized, I was actually pretty impressed. Customer service was top notch and they made sure I got the help I needed. Finally got some kicks I needed! Definitely would recommend this spot and it’s also close to where I live. Makes it SUUPPEERR convenient! “I went there with my fiancé and my son and the gentleman who helped us was amazing! Not just at selling shoes, but just all around amazing. He noticed my son had a dinosaur shirt on and started to talk to him about dinosaurs and even took him behind the counter to show him and ankylosaurus. 10/10 service and loved how he went above and beyond to talk to my kiddo as well ☺️”

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought a 3 piece suit for my husband to wear to our daughter's wedding. Our salesman referred us to a seamstress to have some alterations done. When we returned to her at the scheduled day to pick up his suit, we found she hadn't even started on the alterations! She said she would get the work done but it would be several hours. The wedding was the next day at 10am so panic set in!
We returned to GQ to buy some additional items and quietly mentioned the issue. The owner quickly stepped in and contacted the seamstress. He then insisted on giving us discounts on additional items and giving us several items at no cost even though the situation was in no way their fault. He then drove to her shop to check on the situation as well as to fold and put in the pocket square for my husband. We were able to get the suit within a couple of hours and my husband looked amazing for the wedding!
We have already recommended this store to several people and will continue to do so. We will definitely be returning to buy my husband some suits for work. They have found life long customers and supporters! You just don't find customer service like this anymore!”

“On my third pair of boots from this location and every experience has been awesome! Newest pair is the light tan bovine Cartwrights. Beautiful & broke in easily within a week. Made the boneheaded mistake of not putting on a protectant spray and come week two had some coffee splash onto them. Swung by the store that day to pick up the basics care kit to try and fix them myself... an awesome employee John offered to clean them up in store! Grabbed my basics care kit to avoid this mistake in the future. Tecovas products and customer service are both top shelf. Thanks John!”

“Only.givjng 5 star because we love Converse. Sadly their employees don't love their jobs enough to show their love for the company. We got my husband some shoes the other day, as we do every few months cause be works in them and so he goes thru about 3 pairs a year just for work. Any way, we couldn't find his size in a pair he was interested in and so he asked an employee and they were just so dismissive. She wasn't interested in looking in the back she just looked at my husband and said nope we have what's on the floor. He said, "we shop here multiple times a year, I know yall keep stock in the back." She rolled her eyes and then went to registers and just stood there sipping on her cup as everyone else was working. We decided to just find a pair that had his size instead of asking for help from someone else. It's ridiculous that as customers some of us spend hundreds if not thousands a year in these stores for the customer service to just stink. Hopefully they find some good help soon. I just dont get the need to be so rude all the time.”

“I went to the Nike Factory store about a week ago to get me nike dunks that I wanted. They were a size 7 industrial blue. I tried to find them and told the staff, but they said that they didn't have the color way and that they were very limited on the styles. They do not have a wide variety of jordans. I had 150 dollars to spend, and I didn't want pandas because they were too overused. I saw some cool low jordan 1s and 1 or 2 jordan 4s, but they weren't my colorway that I liked. I saw some nice jordan 1s that were on sale at the top, but they weren't my size. I didn't know if I wanted air forces or another shoe. I didn't want the air forces because it would be hard for me to keep them clean. I was about to give up hope when I found some royal toe reimagined jordan 1s that were my size. I completely forgot about them weeks ago, and they were on sale for 126 dollars. They felt really comfortable, like my nike running shoes. They felt nice on feet, and the materials were very nice. My mom bought some 50 dollar shoes for her sister and the bill didn't come out expensive. More than a week later, my jordans don't have a single sign of wear and tear. The toe box doesn't even crease. The staff is helpful and you might find some nice shoes or pieces of clothing you might like but I was initially gonna give it a 3/5 for very limited choice of jordans but im giving it a 4/5 for the the jordan 1s that I found. Overall, good store!”

“This experience was perfect with the exception of the fact that the store opened over a half hour late, which gave me less than 30 minutes to pick up the shoes. My son is a huge collector of KD vintage OG shoes, so I was glad that I was able to deliver the shoes to him. Note, the store was apologetic so I am thankful that everything worked out in the end.”
