“Often in today's industry, one thing that lacks is customer service. This is not the case with DSL. They took care of all our needs with concern, consideration and speed to make sure our shipment was received without delay. Christie, Miguel and Jeramie are excellent!

“Over the moon service! I needed to ship high end art. The owner personally went to the location, picked up the art, had a crate built to ensure it would arrive without damage, packaged and shipped my item and it arrived in 2 days. The communication was excellent. I received pictures of my purchase the day it was picked up, the crate; and the packaged crate before shipment. The owner followed up to make sure the package arrived. They were able to insure the shipment for the amount needed. This was the best, personalized experience I have had with a shipping company.”

“Zoey and her team are absolutely incredible! They are hardworking, patient, fun to interact with, honest, fair, and convenient. I live not too far from here. UPS helps running my small business so easy and straightforward. I already have a lot going on in my life and knowing that I can depend on them for all of my needs is validating and reassuring, knowing that I am taken care of and can focus on my business without worry. When I need something done, they get it taken care of. I know a lot of people who prefer going to places like FedEx because it's cheaper but I just don't get the same amount of care and attention that UPS gives me. I think their prices are very fair for what you're getting. I prefer to spend a few extra bucks on a service that gets the job done right. You really do get what you pay for. As long as I live in this area, I will continue to do my business, personal and professional, at this particular UPS with Zoey and her team. Keep up the great works, y'all!”
“This has been a terrible experience, these were the ONLY people in the entire system that did the right thing and saved the day. It sad that the system they are trapped in put them in the middle of a train wreck, but THESE FOLKS know how to do it right. Thank you for giving me back about a week of my life. “I have worked with this location for large format printing and other commercial type printing projects for several years meaning some weeks we may send them 50 + oversize plotting projects and all I can say is these people are awesome to deal with. They are cordial, professional and very attenative to my companies requests and needs. We are set up to do our own plotting for oversize plans & related documents etc....BUT they do such a good job I cannot justify having this work done in house anymore. I know I can email them what I need and it will get done properly and trouble free. If you need something done that is within thier scope of work I would HIGHLY recommend them....Good Job Guys & Gals it is much appreciated as always. One suggestion I would make, if you need something done and done right take it to them but don't expect something to be done in minutes, I am sure they would try to but give them time to do your work properly so it is done right and stress free.”

“I walked into FedEx with my own ideas and walked away with a different birthday program for my mother’s birthday. The entire staff was patient and knowledgeable. One of the employees saw my frustration because I’m not good with being creative and designing. She said wait a minute. When she returned, she had her manager to support me on how to get started with Canvas. I was overly impressed with the service I received yesterday. Just found me a new location to do business with.”
“I’m working remote, reliant on my personal devices; dropped my phone out of my pocket (smashed it, ordered a new one pretty quick). Tracking seemed to go awry, so called the dreaded ‘help’ number - and got helped, big time! Had to negotiate my way to the FedEx depot without a phone (lol) and only post-it notes, scribbled from Googlemap directions. When I got there, I was met with common sense, speed, and efficiency. Amazing!!”
