Tina is amazing, she is the owner of Shiny Nails! I have been a customer for over 15years and in the 15 years I have always left happy! She goes above and beyond and has even opened on a holiday to do my nails. She does my daughters also and has since my daughter was 3 years old and she is now about to turn 15. If you need your nails done go see Tina!

I spoke with the owner this morning. I asked that she fix my daughter's nails for free since she didn't do them right and was upset that they had to finish them and didn't get out of there until 8:30. The owner yelled at me was very rude. I told them I will be contacting news 9 and the state to turn them in. The owner is NOT professional at al amd likes to take advantage of a child. This place needs to be shutdown IMMEDIATELY!

I got my nails done Monday and it's Saturday they are already chipping and look like they are press ons. I didn't notice how bad they were until I got home.

my nails were literally bleeding when I left from there, none of my nails are the same size, the art looks like a six year old did it(if that), they are not even filed, it's just honestly the worst it could be! RUN

Worst customer service I’ve been here before once but today was total disrespect was there before a group of ladies walk in and they skipped them over me. Not going back I advise to not go.

I'm always concerned about doing my pedicure in a new place because they charge you extra and they don't even do it well. And that's one of those places, I went there and the lady who did my pedicure was in a hurry, she did a horrible job she basically just put my feet in the water and paint my nails and she didn't do it right. I pay extra to get gel $50 total, don't waist your money here. I will never go back here again. Here is the picture, you can see how bad they are and is been only 3 days since I got it, they look like it's been a month! Do not go there!!!

I have tried to give this place a chance, but 3rd time is it.I wanted certain nail styles and each time,it wasnt what I qanted,wanted, then the nails would start looking horrible within a week,and falling off day d later, which is ridiculous. I have r o find another nail place to go to.Services: Acrylic nails
