Literally just left here and tried to tell her that the pay at the pump was not working so I went inside to use it and she said that this is not a shell that they’re just franchise. They don’t do any of the Shell stuff but they literally have pictures on the gas pump of the same card that I’m trying to use and refuse to let me use it. Y’all seriously need to hire somebody that’s more professional because she laughed in my face Was very unprofessional. I don’t appreciate it. Like seriously this is your job to handle this type of situation. Learn how to do it and hire better people.

I tried to use my Shell fuel discount and the station wasn't able to accept it. I asked about it and the staff said that it's not really a Shell. The employee was very nice about it. Pretty sure the employee isn't the problem

Two pumps didn't work. The gas pumps don't take cards. The service inside is not helpful.

That disabled woman clerk was really rude. Talking about her personal problems, had her ex at the time cheating on her and she was loud yelling him to go be with her. After the argument she was very rude. Fire her!! No professional worker there. Had to almost fight off 3 bums just for my smokes. Lucky after the first one I knockout, his friends got scared and tended to the wounded. So I peacefully walk home, with cigarette lit and all.
